I was able to negotiate and come to an agreed price on the car I was searching for over the phone. I showed up and test drove the vehicle and talked about my trade. I bought a lifted F-250 Platinum from this dealer last night. The whole experience was awesome. Due to my work schedule I couldn’t make it before closing time, but the manager Travis got all of my financing done ahead of time and stayed after hours to wait for me and had all my paperwork ready. I literally just showed up, test drove the truck, signed my papers and I was out of there. These guys go above and beyond, and that’s hard to find in this business. I’ll definitely be back next time.

Seriously though....we drive in from toooo many hours away, to get a specific truck...called when we were on the way, he held it while we were on the road, met us when we pulled up and was an excellent guy all around. They worked with us and we drove away with my truck, as planned.
Nice people and no high pressure sales tactics. Karen was friendly and helpful and let my wife and I test drive the car by ourselves in Friday afternoon traffic. We settled on a reasonable price, and there was no pressure to buy additional warranties etc. like most dealers I have bought from. The whole buying process was quick and painless. Have had the car for a week now, no disappointments so far. They don't over clean and prep the cars, so you can really see what you are getting although it may be a little dirty.
Fair trade value for my trade in, quick close on the vehicle I selected. Employees were friendly and courteous. I will visit again next year for another car and also recommend as a source for used cars.

Buying a car was no problem, however when trying to reach customer service it took me 2 weeks to speak with a person...after finding the problem, they push me off to the Jeep dealer for repair. I understand what as is mean... but with in my first 30...show some concerns. Make me think they knew there was a problem all alone...ijs
The salesman (Jerrel) was great to work with because he helped me while he was there Orr if he was off that day. He got me a car from another store then found out there were problems and found me a car around the same price range that was newer and less miles. Thanks for everything!

My second visit for car maintenance to this facility and the entire experience is based on technology, the best trusted service, and my experience as a customer. They understand that leaving your car for maintenance is second only to going to the doctor and they make it as easy as possible with lots of ways to communicate and address questions and concerns. Visibility to my bill is much appreciated and there are no concerns from booking to the appointment to calling me with updates to paying my bill that wasn't easy and trusted.
From the minute we went into Hardy Superstore earlier this week we knew it was going to be a great experience. We had bought from Hardy previously, so we expected the best anyway. Worked with Pam this time and she did a super job. Found exactly what we wanted and got a good fair deal. Both Pam and Dan at hardy are a pleasure to work with.
