I was recently looking for a good used car to buy my daughter for her 16th birthday. I found one I liked online and contacted the dealership via e-mail. Brittney Smith was quick to reply to my e-mail and answered all of my questions about the car and set us up a time to come in on a Sunday to look at the car. She even e-mailed me the Carfax report and some additional warranty info I asked for. That Sunday, my wife and I met with a salesman named JD and he was very nice and helpful with all of our questions. He was not pushy and did not try to pressure my wife or I into purchasing anything unlike some salesmen at other dealerships tend to do. He gave us space and let us look at the car and test drive the car so we could decide if we liked it or not. We put a deposit down that day and came back the following Saturday and bought the car and took it home so we could surprise our daughter with it at her birthday party! She LOVED it!!! It was a great day and a great buying experience. I highly recommend them!!! FYI, we bought the car from the Lebanon location, but I'm sure their other stores are just as great!

I have been in contact but have not actually visited the dealership. The sales rep(S) has been in contact with me and they do have one, possibly two, cars that fit the criteria of what we're looking for.
We travelled from AR to make our purchase with Bostelman Auto.
Made the purchase with 2 phone calls and when we arrived we spent less than an hour ,including test drive. Sales team was 2nd to none. Great job and we look forward to doing more business in the future.
I submitted an online request for a price after finding the yukon I wanted from DW GMC, and within minutes Teresa contacted me initiating the process. She was a pleasure to work with and after what I would call minimal hassle and back and forth, I drove three hours to complete the deal for my vehicle. Nico made sure I was comfortable in doing so and made sure there were no surprises once I arrived. Anthony completed the paperwork and made sure my new vehicle was in perfect condition, detailed and filled up with gas before I left. All in all, this was an outstanding transaction and I would recommend anyone to take their business to DW GMC!
Josh was easy to work with and doing a 3 car deal is not easy! He took the time to make sure all 3 vehicles I was purchasing were what would be best for my family. So far I’m pleased with this dealership!
I both bought and sold a car here recently. My sales associate CARLTON BOWEN was fantastic.
SOLD: They gave me a very fair price on a 2003 Honda CRV with roughly 180K miles. The process was quick and painless. You do not have to buy a car from them to sell a car to them. I had done my homework before and knew what it was worth and I was offered a price higher than Kelly Blue Book.
BUY: Buying a used car was more complicated. It took test driving many and lots of time on their website before I found one that met the very specific details I was looking for. I decided on CarMax because I did have a very specific car in mind that I had not been able to find private seller in the two plus months I'd been looking. Also, my sales associate CARLTON BOWEN was fantastic.He spent roughly a month helping me look at cars making calls to other dealerships and coordinating multiple test drives etc. I know having him as a salesperson made a huge difference. I had looked at other dealerships and was treated only like a wallet from the moment I entered. He worked hard to help me find what I needed in a car and was pleasant and respectful the entire time. Not at all the experience I had at other dealerships. With all of the hidden fees etc other places have, carmax was not more expensive. I was glad not to give my money to sketchy people at another place.
Evan was awesome! We drove 3 hours after finding the car online. The Sonic Price made it simple - I knew it was a great deal and I didn't have to waste my time haggling to get the price where it should be. Because of the drive, we got in a little late but Evan, Kurt & Anita stayed to help us get everything taken care of. Everyone was friendly and welcoming and Evan was a pleasure to deal with. I could not be happier with my car buying experience!

Sean Brink is an incredibly knowledgeable salesman and really helps you to understand the pros and cons of all the cars you have questions about. We drove from 2 counties away for a specific car and now we won’t shop anywhere else. Parks cares about you as a client even after the sale has been made. If I could give 6 stars I would!

I purchased a 2018 Cruze on 2-21-18 from Mike Clark and the service was excellent.He did a wonderful job helping me pick out a vehicle, showing me other choices and allowing me the freedom to make my own decision without any pressure. I feel like I was treated great and any questions I had were answered, sometimes using other members of the Lucas team that the question pertained to. Chris also was great in offering me information about any needs for services such as oil changes etc. The gentleman behind the counter allowed me a small cut in my lease trade in...awesome! David in finance also did a smooth job in getting the financial end of the deal done. Kudos to all the TEAM at Lucas for making my New Car Experience a great success. I bought a Yukon for my wife several months ago. I wanted a good gas saver for my 180 mile round trip to and from work. Anyone that knows Toyota knows their track record and knows how hard to find a low mileage ANYTHING muchless a Toyota at 5 years old. Sandrells had a 2003 Toyota Camry with barely over 120,000 miles? SOLD SOLD SOLD. Jason is top notch. Absolutely nothing to complain about. They will continue to get my business along with both my kids. We’ll soon have 4 vehicles from Sandrells.
