I just wanted to reach out and say thank you to Ron Yamada. It was a Saturday afternoon, I'd been in my car twice since the surgery two weeks prior ... and the tire inflation light turned on. Though I normally take care of that myself I wasn't quite yet up to the task. Knew the dealership was open, so I pulled in. Ron had me taken care of immediately (and washed the car)! Comfortable for all passengers front and rear,, easy to drive, love the blind spot warning via the alerts in mirrors, lots of power and great fuel mileage around town and on the open road.
Very pleased with the sales staff. Have no reservations about going back. Car prices seemed very competitive. There was a sales drive ending the day that we visited the dealership. We weren’t ready to make the commitment.

I was in accident in my Buick and didn't get hurt. so i went and bought another one. Its a nice drive and a good to take on a road trip.
My purchase couldn't have been easier... I spoke with Daniel over the phone made an appointment while still waiting on my credit union he made sure the car was mine and knew everything I needed to know. I came back on the following couple days while he was off and Bryan provided great service and made sure to pick up where Daniel left off no hassle no pressure just a simple purchase!
I came up to Clay Cooley Mitsubishi in November this year and I worked with Erica. She is such a sweetheart and will do absolutely everything in her will to get you exactly what you want. She found me an amazing vehicle and I have to come back with more down payment but i 100% recommend you go see Erica here!

This is late, I apologize, but last summer I was looking to trade my 2013 Volt in on a 2017 Volt with ACC, Jack Schmitt had one optioned exactly as I would have. I walked into the showroom and was met by Tim Schuhardt and John Weilmusnster. Told them what I wanted, within 15 minutes they had inspected my trade and offered me a very fair and acceptable offer. 3 hours later my wife and I drove off in our new 2017 Volt. We couldn't have had a more pleasant buying experience. Now in all honesty I have purchased over 20 vehicles from Jack Schmitt since 1989 and love their service department. I can say it's like being family when I visit the dealership. Kathy, Chad, Tim, John W, John R and Mike are all friends and make buying a pleasant experience. But I must say with the new Chevy's I'm only visiting the service dept for oil changes. Highly recommended.
Don't let the unconventional look of this dealership fool you. What you have here is a solid little pre-owned lot with some good car guys. Jimmy was the exact opposite of what you would expect from a typical car salesman. Very laid back, friendly, helpful and honest. And owner Will was very willing to work with me on getting to a price I was comfortable with on my 2014 Lincoln MKZ I bought from them.
I went to 4 or 5 big name franchised dealerships looking for a MKZ I wanted before I stopped in here. Each time I wasted HOURS being lied to, fighting with sleazy salesmen, and ultimately walking away from several deals. To be honest I expected more of the same at this little store, but I experienced the exact opposite.
I would highly recommend anybody in the market for a solid used car stop in here first and talk to Jimmy and the guys. I know I'm glad I did!

This vehicle has exceeded all of my needs. It is has lots of leg room, comfortable seats that cradle my lumbar region, and so many cool features! It has navigation, Bose 10 speaker sound system, and it integrated my iPhone! It rides smoothly and has a lot of safety features like lane deterrent, side and overhead air bags, back up assist camera, and prevents roll over! It is dark sapphire blue with black interior with leather ! Gorgeous inside and out!!! Absolutely love this SUV!!!
Jim Schmidts Chevrolet is located locally, about 8 miles from my home. The sales staff are pleasant. The mechanics are knowledgeable and the service was quick for my oil change.
I recently bought a new 2018 VW Beetle for my daughter's 21st birthday. Lindsay Johanssen was a pleasure to work with; no pressure, pleasant personality, and knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to buy from Lindsay again!

I think the engineer was paid to save money on the front seat. Very uncomfortable. My dealer is doing everything they can to make front seat comfortable not GM .
As a out-of-state student attending Kentucky State University, it was important to me to find a clean, reliable place to get any service needed on my vehicle. The individuals of Neil Huffman Chevrolet, Buick and GMC were attentive, respective, and professional. I came in for an oil change and my service was completed in a timely manner. I will most definitely return in the future!

Very comfortable and good ride on cross country trips. The exterior and interior both look good. Plenty of room for passengers and luggage.
The navigation system is not good. Small screen, and not intuitive to program. Will only accept Mt not mount when that is in the name. Maps not up to date when new, expensive to update.
Van limped in with overheating problemsand radiator fluid leaks. Hatfield got me in within an hour (even though they looked busy). Located the problem with a cooling line leak, and not only fixed the problem, but sent us on our way without charging me for the parts or labor. What more could I ask from anyone. The repair got me to my destination in Tenn. and back home in Ohio without any problems. I could not thank them enough. By the way I just picked out Hatfield because they were the closest to us at the time and we were in need of repairs. I knew nothing about them at the time except that they were a Chevy dealership, and this type of dealership could help us right now. Service Dept. at major dealerships get a bad rap at over charging people. Not even close at this one. What a great bunch of people.

I went to another town to search for a used suv for a daily driver. I soon found out not all dealerships are the same. At one I was never even acknowledged being there. Another one was only selling me new suvs. My goal was to save the miles from being put on my 17 Camaro which I also purchased one year ago from this same place. I called and told them what I was looking for and they went right to work. They had a couple suvs brought in from other Don Franklin dealers for me to try out. A couple days later I had purchased my 2nd vehicle from them within a year. I highly recommend this group without a doubt. They are very helpful. They do all they can to provide the best deal possible. That’s why I keep going back! Great bunch of people.

This car has lots of room and very nice styling. It has power and runs smoothly. We bought it used with 28,000 miles. It runs like a dream.
I contacted Scott Boggess by phone as we live in St. Louis. MO 5 Hours from Gates Hyundai. Scott worked with me to immediately put a hold on the Hyundai Elantra GT on the showroom floor. My wife and I drove out the next day (Saturday) and bought the car after test driving it. Scott Dennis & Frank were all very helpful. We noticed how busy the sales team was. Not just folks with casual inquiries, but people doing paperwork and buying vehicles! The showroom was "no frills" (as in, we're saving you money) Obviously Scott and his team have the right formula at Gates Hyundai. No "Hard Sell" tactic's like American dealers. The long warranty was part of our decision to buy Hyundai as well. Our previous car was an 05' Aveo with 150,000 miles on it. We didn't even test drive Chevy's even though our car was reliable. We happened to rent a Hyundai Elantra in 2015 at Enterprise & made the decision then, when it was time to replace the Aveo we'd buy a Hyundai. I wish we lived closer so we could use Gates Hyundai for any required service.

We are so happy with this vehicle. My husband is fourteen inches taller than me, and we can both drive comfortably. The Enclave shifts smoothly and there is plenty of interior room for passengers to ride comfortably as well transporting luggage. It handles well in snow and is very stable on the highway.
We wanted a reliable full size SUV that drives great, rides smooth, and fits in the garage. Buick covered all the bases.
I have owned several SUV’s over the past 30 years...this is a super nice vehicle. I have the premium so it has tons of bells and whistles that i’m getting accostumed with...but it is sweet. I don’t have a long history with it as I just bought it but I am loving the room and handling.
I came to Sun Toyota a week ago, on a referral. My mother gets her Scion serviced here and hasn't had a bad experience yet. I knew my 15-year-old Saturn was nearly on its last legs, so I had been looking for a while. Before my Sun visit, I started with a Hyundai dealer in my area, and had a "predator vs prey" experience. Sun Toyota is vastly different...and I bought a car based on that. My Saturn had 138k miles, so I knew I wouldn't get much for a trade, but I wanted/needed something newer and more reliable. I made an appointment and spent some time with Donald Smith. And I bought a car. Did he sell it to me? Yes. But I had fun the whole time. I went in with a wish list, but I also knew I might have to compromise a little bit. At the Hyundai dealer, the salesman brought me to the 2017s on the lot right away, even though I told him I wasn't looking for a brand-spanking-new model. In fact, he came *right* out of the showroom the minute I stepped on the lot. Not a good feeling - he seemed like a vulture. When I visited Sun, I made an appointment beforehand. (Maybe I should've done that with Hyundai too, but...live and learn!) In contrast to the Hyundai salesman, Don didn't make me feel vulnerable at all. When I explained my budget and wish list, he took me to the models in my price range. He explained that he wanted me to actually see them, to know what was available. What they had on the lot, would've been a lot like my Saturn - over 100k miles, and needing a lot of TLC. Saturn is a wonderful brand, & my prior car never did me wrong. But it wasn't very cost effective to keep, and I knew I needed something with more pep in it. Luckily, I could be flexible with my pricing, and my "short list" of models. (I'm used to driving Toyotas, since my other half has one too, but I wasn't opposed to trying other cars.) I think that helped too. I went in wanting to buy outright, and avoid payments. That didn't *exactly* happen. I came out with a small payment, but I can afford it. Most important, I have peace of mind. I appreciate that Don was willing to listen, and show me what was available. Also... *Sun Toyota never bashed other dealers - something my local Hyundai was quick to do. *Toyota now has longer warranties, on new and used cars. (20 yr/200k miles vs 10y/100k). Hyundai tried to tell me those were no longer offered. *They offer certified pre-owned models that go through a 160-pt inspection. I liked knowing their cars have already been vetted. Local Hyundai didn't offer certified anything. *Don took the time to listen to ME first, before I started test driving cars. He didn't just show me what HE wanted to move. *Don made it a fun experience! I was relaxed and enjoyed myself...and I have a new(er) car to show for it. I literally hugged him before driving off the lot. I have never done that before. *Sun didn't pester me after I left the dealership. Don has called to check on me and my car. (Local Hyundai salesman called me 3x in two days after I visited, because I didn't make an immediate decision.) At the end of the day, salesmen have to make sales, but customers have to be happy, too. Both of those things happened at Sun Toyota, so that's a win-win. And the most ironic part of the whole visit? I now have a Hyundai. (LOL!) If you visit Sun Toyota and you're in the market for a great experience, ask for Don. He won't disappoint you.
