I had previously written a review about my 2011 Yukon. It referenced some repairs that the vehicle needed and my frustration with the fact that I just pirchased the vehicle and immediately found things wrong. Joe contacted me and went above and beyond to rectify the situation. He went our of his way to make sure we were taken care of and that all of the repairs were made and quickly too. Was looking for safety and security in a suv Comfort for neck and back were important this particular model goes above and beyond. Ride is smooth and quiet with what engine doesn't have in speed it has in hidden torque in motor. The exterior is sporty. The placement of the vehicle's features are well placed. All three rows give even tall people room, such that they do not feel confined. With four adults and a toddler, we were able to have enough space to carry all planned luggage and snacks for a 2400 mile round trip journey. With all this space, I can still get this vehicle inside the garage.

The best automobile I've ever owned. It's 2024 now and I've really have only had it in the shop for routine maintenance and a recall in transmission. My AC is causing me some issues lately that no one seems to be able to diagnose. I live in S.E Texas and it gets very hot down here so I may have to trade it for a newer one. Love my Buick Enclave.

We were in the market for an affordable 2nd vehicle. Nothing fancy just reliable transportation to drive to work, and home. We found a high-mileage Impala that looked clean. The test drive was good, and we purchased the car. We ended up with some issues after the purchase. Long story short Tom stood behind his car sale and fixed everything. It's maybe how you approach a dealer with an issue is how it gets handled. We're happy with our whole experience.

I bought my 2020 Enclave new and have been totally pleased. It rides better gets better mpg smoother more quiet and a much better ‘road car’ than the compatible Mercedes and BMW company cars I’ve driven. The tranny seems to be in the best gear more often without the annoying hard downshifts. The only option I wish Buick would offer is a third seat delete… I very seldom use the 3rd seats. It would be nice if they were removable like my Rendezvous seats which offered much more cargo space without them. The excellent road manners and smooth quiet ride shortens my 450 mile trip to my daughter’s house…. And I made it there without stopping for gas! 16.3 gal to go 451 miles… on a 310hp engine. I always liked my Chevy Caprices… but this Enclave is actually better and no problems just like the Caprices.

I was concerned when my charging voltage showed that the battery wasn't charging. I had only seen my vehicle. Do that shortly after I had purchased it, and then recently had a battery replaced, and had forgotten about the feature. To save fuel, it reduces the output of the alternator when not needed. I am thinking now that the last battery I had purchased must have been defective.

Their saleman got back to me promptly and offered follow up which was great . Not pushy though

The sales person Kim had excellent knowledge of the vehicle I was buying. I also liked the design and look of the 2025 Denali Canyon So far like the truck but still getting sed the all the controls.

They were very friendly and helpful. He told me about different cars that I was not looking into to show that these would be a better choice.

I showed up without an appointment because I was in the area. Asked the young man at the entrance to the oil change building if they had any room to fit me in so I could have my transmission flushed with filter change (as recommended in manual due to the new style transmissions being a ?sealed? unit) as well as an oil change. He got me in later in the afternoon. I was in the waiting area only an hour for everything to be done. Pop and coffee available at no charge. Comfortable seating as well as a television. Very relaxing really.

I know that God plants us where he wants us grow! Meet new ppl etc. Well we met a great man of God today and a man who has integrity!! All around just a wonderful human being. It is very comfortable and has all the perks whistles and bells you need for a trip to grocery store a a long vacation. Good gas mileage and plenty of performance. A safe car that is a pleasure to drive!

Shopping for a new vehicle ranks right up at the top of my list of things I dread doing. So when we decided to replace my 11 year old car, we took the time to do research and read reviews of the newer models. Being very tall and having several vehicle requirements, we narrowed the search. Five dealerships later, those did not pan out! Out of frustration, we decided to just go to the auto mall at Southpoint. As we wandered the lots, a salesman, Tarik Adas approached us from the Hendricks Buick/GMC dealership. Such a delightful and well informed salesman! No high pressure sale; he just listened to what we were looking for. He made several suggestions to try out for size and then showed us a vehicle that checked all the boxes and then some! Dealing with Abdul Aldanab in the Finance Department was very easy and he was able to offer us some options and extras that will help protect our new vehicle for years to come. We certainly did not go with the intention of purchasing a Buick, but we are loving the new ride! And like the commercial says . . . “It’s not your grandpa’s Buick!
