I was looking for a car that had great gas mileage and still had plenty of room with a hatchback and was fun to drive. I definitely found it with the Buick Encore. It has been great in the winter with the all wheel drive also. The back seats fold down which I really like so you can fit a ton of stuff in the back like camping gear or shopping treasures. It has excellent connectivity with the cell phone with bluetooth or a usb cable. It has been easy to maintain also and have just had to do oil changes and has been super reliable. I would recommend the Encore to anyone I know and think that what you are getting for the money is hard to find in any other car on the market today.

This is my first new car in 21 years. My bonneville after 275,000 miles finally decided it was tired. Mike at Ettleson made my experience painless. Love the size of the automobile, use regular gas, good gas mileage, the has a heavy feel to it; it is not lite weight and inexpensive, it feels like a luxury vehicle when you ride in it. I love the metallic black color; the brilliant color gives it a fantastic look.

Had an engine light on. Kevin Dwyer said no problem, come in at 7am next morning for diagnostics check. Found O2 sensor bad. Opted to leave truck there so when parts arrive it could go into the shop right away. Herb, courtesy driver kindly took me home. Herb, is one of the BEST drivers I have had the pleasure of meeting. I had scheduled appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. They took me a few minutes early I was done in under 30 minutes. My service provider was very nice and even told me my remote was getting weak and to replace my battery and if I didn?t know how to bring it in with the battery and he would replace it. Very helpful.
