Marco was great, however somebody didn't check the range of my i3 BEV vs the distance from your shop, so that the car was delivered with less than 100 feet of range. I spent 2 days, and several hundred dollars getting the car mobile again. I expect better.

28C - 32 MPG. Excellent maneuverability, easy to maintain, lots of room for cargo if needed. Seats 4 very comfortably, 5 comfortably. Heated seats, steering wheel, good heater and air conditioning. Comfortable drive, very good visual for driving.

The sales associate I working with was great, very accommodating as I had children with me. It was a bit difficult because they were renovating at the time I was there and they usually have a kids area. I?m sure it will be a little easier when everything is finished. The only slow part was actually signing the papers for the vehicle purchase because the business office was behind and what was originally predicted to me to take one hour took almost 2.5 hours.

New 2 weeks ago today. This car is not intended for family vacation. I use it as a daily driver a 100 miles round trip. I got the mid-grade trim package heated seats moon roof. it has a small gas tank 13.9 gallon. I question the MPGs as advertised but its ok at 27 mpg all highway. It will fit 4 people but i believe Ford didnt intend for it to be a vacation car but a general purpose of getting back and forth to work car.So far so good only time will tell.

My favourite car ever. Great inside and out. The rear wiper is perfect as are the front wipers, although it's easy to accidentally activate them. You'll need to adjust your seat for a perfect fit, bit once you find it, it's great. The bank seat could use more legroom, but otherwise it's great.

An amazing experience in the purchase of our beautiful 2024 Expedition pn 2/8/25. The entire staff were very friendly, responsive, and knowlegable ensuring we were comfortable and well informed every step of the way. Sam, our salesman was excellent. He had the cars we were interested in ready to test drive when we arrived despite our very short notice of about one hour. He stayed late as did everyone, despite the very long day they'd had to help us navigate oir way through the decision and purchase of our Expedition. Sam was extremly knowledgeable, allowing us to lead with questions instead of pushing his knowledge & expertise onto us. A very easy going and patient man! Everyone was friendly, helpful to ensure we were comfortable, had the best deal, and understood everything. The manager, Matt, sat and chatted twice in an easy conversational way and both he and Sam andwered ally hisbands tough questions and requests with a calmanner and respect. Sophia, the customer support manager was like working with the sweetest social worker you'd ever meet! She stopped by after our decision just to check in on our experience so far. Kevin in Finance guided us ensuring we received the best interest rate and warrenty that worked for our needs! And Hazma, the "guy" at the desk gave us the nicest exit. I cannot recall his position but as we drove away, I told husband I'd never experienced anything like this and he agreed. All I can say is I cannot imagine anyone having anything negative to say about this dealership. They've also followed up to see how its going with the Expedition. They deserve a 20 out of 10 A+++++ rating.

I would just like the first start with I worked for Ford so I will say if you have the 1.0 eco-boost engine there are a lot of issues…. But with that said, I have the 2.0 four-wheel-drive, and it is absolutely an amazing vehicle. Super loaded. I have heated seats sunroof, heated, steering wheel, navigation , lane, keep and more I love the way the trunk opens sideways instead of up! It is very peppy and again as long as you have the 2.0 and not the 1.0 very reliable.

The staff were very helpful! They kept me aware of what was being done to fix my car and even offered me a trip home (I decided to stay at the dealership). They also have a small cafe that offered a surprising variety of hot (and cold) food including hamburgers, chicken sandwiches, hoagies and Korean food! The dealership also has desks and tables where you can work and the waiting area has a television that wasn’t too loud. I continue to be impressed with the dealership! It may not be the least expensive, but they do excellent work, have a professional staff, and take very good care of my car! I highly recommend them!

Leased this car for transportation to start new school semester on the Friday before COVID started. Just finished the lease and decided to pay off the balance. Has excellent power and everything is easy to operate. Only 1 small issue and its the limited space for passengers in the back seat. Other than that my local dealer does my service and it runs like a champ.

I am buying a used car after 8 years, and this was great experience. No haggle is what I care. I was not forced to buy GAP insurance or anything else. The only complaint is, the lady taking down payment at the cashier was hesitant to tell me the details of the transactions before making a payment and showing attitude, but everyone else was great. I highly recommend this carmax.

My mom had a kid pull out in front of her Taurus and they totaled it, so She asked me to find a car. Found the Ecosport as a used car at a good price. Dealer installed Factory style leather seat covers in place of the cloth. Ma got to drive it twice and it was passed to me. I'm glad I picked it. Tests show 0-60 in 10-11 seconds with the little 3 cylinder. I made it in 12 but going a little up hill. It has enough pep for running around but gets fantastic mileage. I teased my wife when I fill up for $23 and get 300+ miles and she fills her jeep for $60 and shows 285 miles. I traded from a lifted 2 door jeep to the Ecosport and I am happy driving it. I upgraded the radio from the 4" to the 8" with nav. Great choice...A great little fun driver. I got in the back seat to see if the reviews were right and I had plenty of leg room for a small car. I'm 5'11" and 200# but everything fits well. I like the fact that I don't have to crawl in like my sons Subaawoo. I get in and out with ease due to the tall stance. I'm planning to put on All Terrain tires when the time comes.

Bought a car today and dealing with Doug Owens was fantastic! We drove two hours from northern Baltimore. Dealership doesn't play any games. 3 cylinder and we love it 1.0 Ecoboost plenty of power cruises out on highway 80 - 100 mph glides down the road like an old time Buick for the folks who say it does not have enough power that is wrong. You have to drive the car the way it was designed. When you take off drop it down to S or hit the gas pedal it will respond!

I have been in the market to replace my ML400 and was looking to upgrade to a GLE AMG53. I have done my homework and know what I want and quickly learned that I would have to order. Not sure about why everyone else had a bad experience, ours was great. I was very hesitant after seeing the reviews but when they came in $4k under the lowest offer in my area, I was willing to risk dealing with anything. I was looking for a specific model/color/package Bronco that only three dealers had within a 100 mile radius. After working with the first three, two in NJ and one in PA, I was about to give up. They were rude, condescending and just wouldn’t help with anything. Miller Ford told me to find a different car for my offered price. The funny part? Koons listed price was what my offer was and they still worked with giving me more for my trade and took some off the price for items I needed that were missing. Let me be clear the vehicles were identical and the one at Koons came with a few other things the other vehicles didn’t. I didn’t see Koons because they are 146 miles from me so that was my last search. I worked with Karen and she was phenomenal! She was in constant contact with me as well as multiple other people making sure I was happy and comfortable with the numbers and my deal. We made the drive out yesterday, traded my car in and we’re back by night with my shiny new bronco! I couldn’t be happier!!! She made this the easiest experience ever to buy a new car

Great little commuter. 5000 miles so far no problems. Just a cute little car and especially great for around town. Gas mileage on highway is about 35mpg for me with cruise control. I really like the little car.

I was in a wreck today man hit me as I almost sat still hit me going utleast 30 into passenger side the car was amazing to hold the power of impack of the other car I was only hurt by air bags and seatbelt the airbags open all around me I felt relieved to see that and once outside the impact could had been way worse. It was a large 4 door charger so it stands up very well in being safe in wrecks but if totaled my car out

It's hard to put in words how great this company is. Just like a lot of people the last few years have been hard on all of us. Me and my wife were in the market to get a new car. Only problem was that are credit was far from great. And we did not have alot of money to put down. After dealer after dealer that could not help us unless we had at least $5000 down. And really had that kind of money? So my wife called eastern moters and from the start they were great. We told them are story and the best part is they listen to us. We never left are home and within hrs and a small down payment ($1000) we had a beautiful new electric cat. And they delivered the car to us. It was more than a hrs drive for them. We have owned our ecosport se for over 2 years. No problems. Average over 32 over 37,000 miles tracked on fuelie! Only oil changes and tires rotations so far. Comfortable on trips. Love standard features on se trim. Proximity key. Heated seats. Satellite radio. 2 USB ports in dash. 2 power points. It could have a little more cargo room and power but we are satisfied with the car overall!
