I leased this 2017 Encore in 2017 after the lease was up I bought it. Now in 2024 I am just putting tires on it. I put a new battery in last year. That's it! I change the oil. I have read the bad reviews and am surprised. To be fair I drive in town and 6000 to 7000 miles a year.

I recently purchased a 2025 Aviator from Ken Ganley Lincoln in Middleburg Heights ? my second Aviator in six months due to a service issue created by another dealer (which I won?t name). To be clear, the issue was not with the Aviator itself ? this is a fantastic vehicle. The difference in customer service after switching to Ken Ganley Lincoln has been nothing short of incredible. From Mike and Jim in sales to the ladies in service, every interaction was marked by professionalism, genuine warmth, and a true ?customer-first? attitude ? exactly what you expect when purchasing a luxury car, and then some.
