Used 2022 Buick Encore GX for sale near Coleman, FL

Was a bit put off by the fact that there’s one number for all Carmax is and. It’s hard to tell which location you’re talking to and if you’re talking to a person at that actual location. I understand they’re trying to consolidate things and make it easier, but I want to be able to reach someone, boots on the ground, at the location instead of talking to The call center. That said it seems even when talking to two different dealerships somehow the system sort out the messages but again it’s confusing. Overall, they were fast and friendly, we haven’t done a transaction yet but one thing that was surprising is the offer they gave me 10 days ago has now gone up by $1500. Much better experience than I had braced myself for frankly. So far the two cars that I was hoping to purchase turn out to be duds as they had some excessive wear and tear in spite of low mileage and otherwise good conditions. Maybe less discriminating on their inventory than the other dealers?

This car is a pleasure on longer trips. Comfortable driving seat and quiet ride. The turbo kicks in on the highway as needed with plenty of power and get over 30 mpg on the road. Our car has squeaking front brakes when backing up, but otherwise has had no issues. We haven't taken to dealer yet to get the issue corrected.

Very professional and knowledgeable staff. I plan to maintain a business relationship with the dealership.

We came in with HOT brakes with no appointment after shopping for a golf cart. They had our truck fixed the next day. Only thing I wish you offered was a courtesy car. Issac was VERY helpful and polite. Very nice young man!

I spent 6 months and traveled half the Florida state and about 10 dealerships with no luck on getting a Honda Ridgeline that I wanted and the price that I wanted, I really had given up on Dealerships was sure they were all a scam, but I tried one more place and hit pure gold, the Honda of Ocala, Got everything I wanted, price I wanted, and the chilled atmosphere is unbelievable, even got free lunch and soda, what a great place to buy and our salesman Thomas made it all so easy here, shout out to the entire team for doing a great job. Our 1st service visit to this dealership was SUPER. Our Service Advisor, Jim Berlin was absolutely a very good Service Advisor. His display of knowledge, friendliness and helpfulness went beon great. He did everything possible to help handle the un-expected repair costs. We know the service was needed and feel it was a fair price for what needed to be repaired. Darrin Grant was the most personable and easy going sales person! He got us what we wanted for our trade and sat with us in the back seat of the car introducing us to the car, like connecting our phones and going over the options on the dashboard. He helped us for 15 or 20 minutes. He then told us to call him from home anytime we have a question about the car and he would talk us through it. 10 out of 10!
