Used 2023 Buick Encore GX for sale near Orchard Lake Village, MI

This is a follow up on my previous notation from thos morning. I spoke with the service manager. Fortunately he was just brief by my service rep. He told me to give him a couple of hours to get back to me. He called me an hour and half. Very polite and understanding. He took the time to break it all down with me. It was unfortunate for me GM used plastic fuel lines instead of rubber. Completely dried out lines are cracking and brittle from the fuel pump to both tanks. All lines need to be replace. I could of just told them to put it back together. But it would have been an unsafe vehicle. I guess thats what happens when you fall in love with a 2008 LS3...Good people at lunghamner chey.. I love this car and it’s loaded with safety features and it’s pretty fast, a fun to drive car. Also pretty comfortable so if you’re looking for a nice car get this one.

My experience at Serra ford was fantastic, the dealers were friendly and polite they even offered cold bottles of water for my wife and I,surely i would tell all my friends and coworkers shop 4 a vehicle new or used at Serra ford of Rochester Hills.

Only owned for 2 weeks. So far a good ride. Can’t speak to reliability as haven’t put many miles on it. Looking forward to doing so.

Small but fun. Bought this and drove for six months ultimately trading it in on a bigger vehicle because the seats weren’t wide enough for my husand. Zero issues with it. Loved the look of it (had an ST) and appreciated the safety features. Really thought it was peppy for a little car.

I worked with Dave Osher and he was very accommodating as I was out of state and was able to make the purchase over the phone, emails and text. He was very patient and answered all of my questions. I would work with Dave again.

I love this suv! I have a bad back and the Bonneville I had was getting tough to get in and out of. ( Pontiac went to a close friend and Pontiac enthusiast who's going to give her TLC) I just love the GX though lots of bells and whistles I'm still learning but handles great in snow !

Took a week. But, I knew it was being fixed and not get it done fast.

Overall, I could not be happier with my experience with the Service department at Bob Jeannotte Buick GMC. Justin and his team took excellent care of me, and my 2015 GMC Sierra 1500. With his help, my truck should run forever but when I am in the market for a new GMC pick-up, I'm coming to Bob Jeannotte. The Service Department has set the bar extremely high however, so the Sales Department has a high mark to aim for. I have every confidence that they'll hit a home run when the time comes, though.

Service was very good. Large repair. Advisor stayed in contact with me often. My vehicle was at dealership overnight.

Everything went fine. For some reason, the sound in my car went out. I called service and scheduled an appointment for a time. But I knew I would be out of town. They fixed the car and held it for me until I returned. Once I returned, picking it up was just as easy as dropping it off. Everything was great..

I know that here in Northern California, Buick isn't a very popular brand, but that means I was able to get a stunningly good deal on my new '23. I traded up from a low mileage '18 Buick Encore (not GX), and at the time of the transaction, it had a remarkable trade value. My dealer did a outstanding job on pre-sale prep and delivery. My sales rep answered my every question. I enjoyed the prior vehicle, and feel this new one will give me the same kind of driving experience. My added safety feature is the front accident/pedestrian avoidance and lane keep assist. I haven't had to use either yet, but feel good about having them aboard. This Buick strikes me as a hidden gem, full featured but still available at a price point that blows the other comparable Asian built imports out of the water.
