Being 65...using the Mybuick App to use the phone is way more challenging than I would like!! I'm not tech savvy and STILL can't figure how to get my phone calls to be heard in the cars audio! I think it's a "me problem" but wish it was as simple as linking the Android app and Mybuick app.

This is the fourth vehicle from this dealership .. our Salesrep Leor Zvi was terrific. He was able to deliver all that we asked for. Very humble, very professional, very sensitive to our needs. I have already recommended him to a friend who may be looking for a new car.

Working with salesperson Brahms, made the entire procedure pleasurable. He made time to explain all of the features on the new Encore, with much patience. I decided to install side safety signals, and Brahms arranged for a loaner. Upon return, my personal belongs from the trunk of the car, were missing. Mr Brahms inquired daily about my belongings, and he went to the repair shop, where they were found, and he returned them all in tact. Commendable.

Bosco is the BEST! I arrived with a tire sensor indicating I had a low PSI but I was unable to locate the leak. There was a flat head screw in one tire and a hex screw in the other. I was willing to leave my truck there because I showed up before work and without an appointment. My tires were patched and I was called in less than two hours and I was all set.

I was having an issue with my vehicle and reached out to a few dealerships for help. One never returned my calls, and another quoted me an outrageous price without even looking up my vehicle. He looked up my vehicle and let me know the repair would be fully covered by my warranty. He even asked if I could bring the vehicle in right away. When I arrived, Ethan went above and beyond. He made sure the team drove me to the rental car location?even though it was right across the street?because it was a busy road. He also ensured that my rental was covered under my warranty. He kept me informed throughout the process and assured me the repair would be handled quickly. True to his word, my vehicle was ready the very next day! It?s rare to find a service advisor who genuinely cares and follows through on their promises. I?m so glad I didn?t give up and called Sheehan. Seemed to be good folks but they did low ball trade in value on my C7 2019 Corvette with 3LT. Others had offered $3-$4,000 more but they dd not have trade I wanted. So I passed.
