Being 65...using the Mybuick App to use the phone is way more challenging than I would like!! I'm not tech savvy and STILL can't figure how to get my phone calls to be heard in the cars audio! I think it's a "me problem" but wish it was as simple as linking the Android app and Mybuick app.

I have to say that Ryan and the staff at Napleton sure know what they are doing. They were quick to answer any questions I had and took away the fear of buying a car! They were friendly and knowledgeable and NOT pushy like most car salesmen. I walked away with a vehicle that I love and a great experience!! Thank you Ryan for all your help!!

Good service on my 9 year-old Lacrosse. Having always had the car serviced by Napelton, I am happy to report that it runs as beautifully as the day I bought it.

Kept me informed of status of repair so I could decide if I wanted to wait for the repair. Customer waiting area always clean and comfortable. If the repair extends longer than I can wait, will provide.a ride home which is a great service. Always explains what is needed and what can wait until next service date so I can be prepared for future maintenance. This helps me keep my car in great shape and prevents major issues.

We went to Woody GMC by the recommendation of a friend. We meet with Manny and he helped us find and order the vehicle that I wanted. He told me a couple of months and followed up with me on a regular basis. When the vehicle came in, Manny reached out and we got the ball rolling. Best experience i’ve enter had buying a car. Mike was my sales guy, just a great dude, not pushy, super informative and he was honest with me from start to finish, thats no the norm at many sales people. Jeremy the sales manager was also just all around great to work with. We came across an issue with the car I was purchasing and he immediately resolved the situation (to my advantage) and I just really appreciated how they handled every situation, because it could have easily gone sideways.
