This is my 2nd purchase from Sunshine Chevrolet. These guys have some of the best quality Used Vehicles in all of Western NC. Had a complete engine replacement that was overseen by Joey Lucas at Arborgast. Joey worked with Chevrolet on obtaining a new engine and had it installed. However, it did not meet his standards and requested a 2nd engine. The car is running fine now. Throughout the 2.5 month process, Joey kept us informed as to what was happening. I will call Joey with any future repairs and highly recommend him to everyone in need of car repairs.

It's my second time having my car serviced and they did a good and quick job. Quicker this time I believe because I made an early appointment and I do like that fact that they always wash my car afterwards. The man that assisted me through out the whole service was very nice.

I live far from this dealership but they had exactly what I was looking for. The whole experience was very favorable . Everyone I has contact with was very professional and courteous. The salesman I worked with Joe Kendall was excellent. The day after the purchase I noticed that a light strip was missing on one of the outside mirrors. The service dept fixed it. In my opinion they are a top notch GM dealership . Keep up the good work😀

My review is for Jimmy Carpenter specifically! Let me just say, I am always wary with buying a new car / working with a dealership. I feel like they always try to upsell you and make the most money off of you - which to an extend I completely understand, it is a business after all. However, Jimmy I believe truly had our best interest at heart trying to work out a deal. He worked with us and tried and tried to get us our dream car, gave me advice on how to get the most for our trade ins, and I truly believe he wanted the best for us. I really hope to work with him in the future, and I would recommend Jimmy to anyone needing a car. I don't believe it is the norm to say you trust the person selling you a car, but I really did! Jimmy was so transparent, kind, and understanding on what we needed and what he could do for us and I truly appreciated it.
