Worst car I've ever driven!!

Getting this car back in jun of 2016 as a brand new lease from BMW of Fairfax, I've been in the service department almost every 2 weeks. I had an accident due to a brake failure, the A/C broke down after 3 weeks of picking up the car, and so far the dealership has changed 4 set of the whole brake system. NOT A RELIABLE CAR AT ALL. Looks are good, Quality is HORRIBLE?!
Jesse is my Line Service Manager. He???s great. I waited for my car. It took a fair amount of time. But he explained that beforehand. He is very knowledgeable also. Merry Christmas Schumacher and Jesse.

This car has all the technology that is available and leaves me worry free.
It constantly informs me of what is going on, is extremely comfortable and gets awesome mileage for a family sizes sedan.
Everyone at Schumacher was so warm and welcoming!! Peter has been my sales person for the last lease as well as this new lease, He went above and beyond to help me and make me feel at working with Schumacher dealership!! Everyone was amazing working with, Peter, Brian (management) and Alex (financial) I feel so lucky that I have been with Schumacher for the last 12 years, 5 cars!! Love it here!!

I love this car! Lots of cargo space, leg room in back is great, handles excellent, drives like a dream. Love the Bluetooth option, navigation is a cool feature!

I love the room of my 2018 Ram 1500 Crew Cab. It is somewhat difficult to get into for older people like my grandma because of how high it is but once inside it is spacious and gives everyone plenty of room
We just leased a 2019 Subaru Outback at Schumacher Subaru of Delray Beach. THIS CAR HAS DEVELOPED TOO MANY PROBLEMS; TWO ARE RELATED TO THE A/C SYSTEM; OTHERS ARE RELATED TO WHEEL BEARINGS, AND AXLES. THE VEHICLE MAKES "POPPING NOISES" IN THE DASHBOARD. IN ADDITION, THE REAR HATCH DOESN'T GO UP ANYMORE WITHOUT HELP, AND THE EXTERIOR MIRRORS MOVE AROUND INSIDE THEIR FRAMES WHILE DRIVING ON THE HIGHWAY.
Rob Nanz was professional and courteous. He ordered the part needed, coordinated my rental car situation, and wrapped things up seamlessly. He was friendly and effective.
Get more compliments than when I had a BMW!

Fun car that has been used as a daily driver. Get looks and compliments all the time. Turning radius amazing can park in compact car spots. Sits high on the road and can see over traffic. With bells and whistles (lift, uconnect, remote start, etc) has pretty much everything I need.
Buying my Mini Clubman at Braman in WP Beach was a completely satisfying experience due mostly to my salesman, Lee Grossman. Lee was extremely helpful during the entire process and made sure that I understood all the "bell and whistles" on my new car. He is a Mini driver himself and is extremely knowledgeable about all of the Minis. He called to be sure that I wasn't having any trouble with my new car and took extra time to re-explain anything I didn't understand. Tom Rice also pitched in to help me when Lee was unavailable. I enjoyed working with him as well. Braman is lucky to have a salesman of Lee's caliber on their staff and I would recommend him and Braman to anyone interested in a Mini Cooper.

The car is good. Still to much interior road noise from the tires and lack of sound proofing. I have a 2012 F150. You don’t here a thing inside. You just enjoy the ride
Lee Grossman should be voted "Man of the year" at least. This man kept track of my experiences with Braman regularly and called me to alert me on the coming end of my loan. We made an appointment and Lee really went above and beyond to help me get a new car and a new lease taking into account my new financial circumstances. He really is a wonderful person and I am very grateful to him.

You don't expect a lot of pressure or hassle buying a Ferrari so a dealer experience is more a high end clothier than an auto buying experience. Both Corey and Bud were exemplary to deal with: straightforward, informative and made the process super painless however. No '45 minutes in the F&A department' being sold 1,000 dollar clear-coats or similar! In and out in 5 minutes.
Nice showroom as you would expect, but a shame about the Starbucks coffee when Illy or Lavazza would be much more brand-relevant!

Like it. Very comfortable. Has features I didn't expect. Interior like a car, noticed no outside noises. Like the hard top. Like comfort of back seat and able to fold.
As I was looking for a used car I called and visited several Mini dealers in south Florida. The experience with Tanya was undoubtedly the best. I highly recommend dealing with her, she clearly answered my questions and although I was purchasing a 4 years old Mini I didn't feel less considered. I will return.

This car would meet any enthusiasts needs. I currently own two of them and I can't get enough.
With the older models comparing to the agility and acceleration of an STI model Subaru of similar years, and the newer models blessing drivers with their extremely driver friendly gear box and handling capabilities.
You feel like you're taking to the streets in a small BMW M series, when in reality you're driving a MINI, John Cooper Works edition!
This car is not only amazing to drive, the looks are so unique and appealing, you'll be turning heads at every corner. You'll be so thrilled, you won't even realize you don't have a back seat.
Tanya truly wanted us to have the car we wanted not sell us a car she needed to. She went above and beyond throughout the experience. We never felt pressured to buy from anyone at Braman, which was a breath of fresh air. We will recommend to our friends.

I love my car. It is very very good on gas. I love that it moves quickly when necessary. My car is very comfortable and a great car for travel.
First rate experience throughout. The CPO vehicle was in very good shape with low miles and Nicole Stem , the sales person was first rate???well informed, efficient, and a pleasure to deal with, as was her manager involved in my transaction.
