He made the whole experience stress free. He was able to get us an exceptional price on a brand new 2025 Yukon Denali XL. Even after purchasing he has continued to take care of us. My wife and I were contacted by Kayla about our inquiry of a 2025 Chevrolet 1500. Kayla called and sent us text and emails of what was in stock, answering questions and stayed in contact with us and letting us know that Aaron would be contacting us for follow up at the dealership. Aaron contacted us to let us know what we could do as far as sending him information ahead of going to the dealership to save time and to help make our purchase go smoother. I had never taken my Sierra Denali in on a Saturday before and found the staff very efficient. Miranda Collier is well informed and very efficient. I was very pleased with the service and my pickup came back oil changeed, tires checked, and vehicle washed-- pleasant surprise! It needed it! Suggestion, I arrived at ~7:15 am and waited at the gate to the service department. There was a long line of vehicles after me. The gate infront of Express lub was opened first and the back of the vehicle queue or line came in and formed 3 lines. the service deparment gate was opened so I ended up well behind where I intended. Suggest opening the service department gate first because it gives more space for the vehicles to queue (long line) that is off the street. Another suggestion is to place cones that direct the traffic into two lines, if that is what is desired. Vehicles had to back up and jockey some back and forth to get into two lines keeping everyone in sequence behind those that came in express gate but were actually at the back of the vehicle queue. The young man helping was very courteous and thoughtfu in the process.

Came in to check out a car that I saw listed online. Called this dealership and got an out of the door number and came in to pay that actual number. No gimmicks like other places such as Luxury Motors Birmingham. Luxury Motors Birmingham had the same car I was looking for but added extra money from what was listed online. When called out, they changed the price but it was still a lot higher than what was shown online. The guys at this dealership are here to make your life easy and aren’t changing the price from what you see online.

I’ve purchased several vehicles from multiple dealerships across Eastern North Carolina. 6 months ago My wife and I found ourselves at Trent GMC & Cadillac in Newbern North Carolina. I was introduced to Mike Pecha. Top notch person! Mike is a great person to say the least. He is not your typical car salesman, he is passionate about what he does, very thorough, but is not pushy to any degree. That was what sold me. We walked away after spending some time in the office with a Beautiful 2025 Cadillac XT4 for my wife. Fast forward 6 months, I was in the market for a new truck. I knew just the guy to call! Mike! Within two rings Mike answered and we picked back up like it was 6 days ago. 2 hours later, process was just as smooth and again, walked away with a 2025 GMC Denali Ultimate! I was traveling through the area and had issues with the car overheating (auxiliary fan was not coming on [faulty relay]). The issue was diagnosed and fixed in a timely manner. I could not be pleased with the empathy which was shown knowing we were stranded and needing to get back on the road. Staci, Mike and David went over and beyond to see that we were fixed and ready for our 12+ hour trip. I am/was so pleased with the work that was performed on the vehicle. I am always looking for individuals like these, who want to make sure they do/did everything they can to make sure the customer is take care of.
