Being 65...using the Mybuick App to use the phone is way more challenging than I would like!! I'm not tech savvy and STILL can't figure how to get my phone calls to be heard in the cars audio! I think it's a "me problem" but wish it was as simple as linking the Android app and Mybuick app.

Jorge went above and beyond to make sure my car was taken care of, kept me informed during the whole process and even dropped my car off to me after hours.

I had major work done on my car and I couldn?t be happier with the turnout. I had my transmission replaced along with a couple other issues on my 2017 vehicle. It took a while for the entire thing to get completed, but I was given status updates throughout the process. I picked up my vehicle late last night (5:45 pm). I was surprised the service manager was still there and he took the time to go over everything that had been done to my vehicle. The total price was slightly lower than what I was I was told it would be at the start. I was very happy and wasn?t expecting that. My car is driving great today and so far I?m extremely happy with the result from my service experience. I?m very appreciative of the help I was given and the customer service I received. Best experience i’ve enter had buying a car. Mike was my sales guy, just a great dude, not pushy, super informative and he was honest with me from start to finish, thats no the norm at many sales people. Jeremy the sales manager was also just all around great to work with. We came across an issue with the car I was purchasing and he immediately resolved the situation (to my advantage) and I just really appreciated how they handled every situation, because it could have easily gone sideways. I initially bought my car in July 2022. Our old family car broke down and needed a car. I had been window shopping for cars and looked but I didn?t see a car that stuck out to me until I saw the Buick Envision and fell in love with it and the color.
