Rowland made the entire process, smooth and simple. He had the car detailed and inspected and ready for me when I arrive for the test drive, and was very helpful and professional the entire time. The finance department was very helpful and made it simple to work with my credit union to complete the purchase. I will be going back to this dealership again when I’m ready for my next vehicle in the future.

Being 65...using the Mybuick App to use the phone is way more challenging than I would like!! I'm not tech savvy and STILL can't figure how to get my phone calls to be heard in the cars audio! I think it's a "me problem" but wish it was as simple as linking the Android app and Mybuick app.

We drove 3 and a half hours to go to this dealership. We could not have asked for anything more, these people are top-notch people. This place was clean, people were friendly and helpful. John O'Connell Was our salesman and we could not have picked a more perfect person to work with. We went in to buy a Yukon AT4, left with the Yukon, and purchased another car from them. We have found a car guy and dealership that will always have our business.

The sales staff is incredibly helpful but there’s one guy who stood out to me he was tall had curly hair & a beard. I don’t remember his name but I heard someone calling him Izzy. He was very respectful and you could tell he has a strong work ethic, that guy definitely deserves a promotion. I always see him working so hard at the dealership.

I live far from this dealership but they had exactly what I was looking for. The whole experience was very favorable . Everyone I has contact with was very professional and courteous. The salesman I worked with Joe Kendall was excellent. The day after the purchase I noticed that a light strip was missing on one of the outside mirrors. The service dept fixed it. Went to North Riverside Castle for the 2nd time to purchase after leaving a different dealership about an hour to the west, the whole staff at Castle is great. They make it happen, I had no idea what they had on their lot. But after finding a beautiful used truck we closed the deal and I couldn't be happier. Great dealer to purchase from!!
