I am writting a review fir Services on my vehicle on 11/19/2024 and 11/14/2024.There was an error in the evaluation and I am giving them a 5 star for a job well done.

We worked with Brian Newcomb to purchase a new 2025 Buick enclave. From the moment we walked in the door, we felt at ease and were comfortable. Brian was down to earth, honest, and personable. He was knowledgeable and was able to answer all questions. We highly recommend Brian. He made the whole process headache free and easy!

Could not have asked for a better experience. The salesman was very helpful and waked us thru everything in a way we could understand. it was a wonderful experience and would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new car.

I have to say that Ryan and the staff at Napleton sure know what they are doing. They were quick to answer any questions I had and took away the fear of buying a car! Somehow the rear window wiper blade cover on my 2019 Buick Encore went missing.... Being a long-time friend and customer of Mike's, I went to his GMC service center for replacement, and was grateful that Bill Haggerty replaced the missing cover without charge!
