I know that here in Northern California, Buick isn't a very popular brand, but that means I was able to get a stunningly good deal on my new '23. I traded up from a low mileage '18 Buick Encore (not GX), and at the time of the transaction, it had a remarkable trade value. My dealer did a outstanding job on pre-sale prep and delivery. My sales rep answered my every question. I enjoyed the prior vehicle, and feel this new one will give me the same kind of driving experience. My added safety feature is the front accident/pedestrian avoidance and lane keep assist. I haven't had to use either yet, but feel good about having them aboard. This Buick strikes me as a hidden gem, full featured but still available at a price point that blows the other comparable Asian built imports out of the water.

Didn’t waste our time. Originally came in for test drive - didn’t get any runaround or pressure, they just let us drive the car. When we had an appointment, they were on time - at most dealers, appointments seem to mean nothing, but not Tasca. Helpful, friendly, professional staff. Comfortable, new showroom. Small but fun. Bought this and drove for six months ultimately trading it in on a bigger vehicle because the seats weren’t wide enough for my husand. Zero issues with it. Loved the look of it (had an ST) and appreciated the safety features. Really thought it was peppy for a little car.

For the money you can't do much better. Quiet, sleek and has lots of options available. Has plenty of room and storage for this class of car. Love the AWD version as I live in a part of the country that gets a fair amount of snow.

I love this suv! I have a bad back and the Bonneville I had was getting tough to get in and out of. ( Pontiac went to a close friend and Pontiac enthusiast who's going to give her TLC) I just love the GX though lots of bells and whistles I'm still learning but handles great in snow !

What a superb automobile. This is what I have wanted in a long time. It has more bells and whistles than I really need but it is very nice to have them. I bought this used with 26,000 miles in the spring of 2024. I love the styling, interior, and value. My only complaint is that the angle of the infotainment display can make it difficult to see due to reflections, especially in bright sunlight. I love the AWD option, it adds to stability - even in dry conditions. The remote start is handy in cold weather since I now live in an apartment and no longer have a garage. Performance with the optional engine is more than adequate.

Researching at new vehicle. Sales Associate Barry Bryant gave me a thorough tutorial on the Q5. He was very knowledgeable and informative. I came away from my visit very impressed with the vehicle, Barry and the facilities. I would definitely be comfortable making my purchase at this dealership.

The car is quiet, acceleration is acceptable considering the 3 cylinder turbo charged engine. There’s enough room I the back seat for 3 adults. Rear storage is adequate. Interior controls are laid out well and the seat material is easy to clean.

Have always had a good experience at McLaughlin Chevrolet service department. They did what I asked and completed the work and I was on my way. they are professional and courteous. The price for the work was reasonable

I unexpectedly wound up leasing a 2022 Buick Encore GX. I have been very happy with all of the features and performance of the vehicle. It is peppy, handles great and is quite comfortable. A small step down in size from a Chevy Equinox and it has worked out extremely well.

The empire Hyundai Fall has great service excellent communication with the customer my experience was 10/10.

This car is a pleasure on longer trips. Comfortable driving seat and quiet ride. The turbo kicks in on the highway as needed with plenty of power and get over 30 mpg on the road. Our car has squeaking front brakes when backing up, but otherwise has had no issues. We haven't taken to dealer yet to get the issue corrected.

SALES REVIEW - HIGHLY RECOMMEND: After several failed calls with other dealerships in the area to find what we were looking for; we landed at GMC of Attleboro with Danny Jamgochian taking our call and answering all of our questions in a timely and professional manner. Danny was beyond helpful as we were purchasing two company vehicles that needed to be delivered to Nantucket. He always followed up with pertinent information [often on his 'day off'] with a zero-pressure attitude. Almost the entire transaction was handled over the phone which made our experience seamless being we were traveling over 2hrs away. My wife and I are very pleased with our 2024 Encore GX purchased used w/ only 2500 mi on the clock. The Encore GX is one of the current Buick lineup of 3 small SUVs for about $25k; I suspect these hidden gems are unknown to many Americans. Unfortunately Buick's focus on China has resulted in the Buick brand being all but forgotten in the US. The NHTSA has given a ***** Overall Safety Rating to the 2024 GX. I have one negative with the Encore -- I'm 6'-1" and the Encore is small for me. Some call the cabin "surprisingly roomy" for a sub-compact suv. Truth be said IT'S JUST SMALL. Likes * 1.2L Turbo engine surprisingly strong in city driving * Entry-level luxury at a moderate price * Fun to drive (some call it boring) * Lots and lots and ... of safety features * Excellent mileage (30+ mpg) for an ICE SUV * Sits up high (as a SUV should!) due to 18" wheels * Quiet cabin due to Buick's QuietTuning technology * Heated seats, steering wheel, outside mirrors * Physical buttons/knobs for radio, climate controls -great * Power hatch/liftgate w/ kick plate - very handy * Traction & Stability control Dislikes * 1.2L Turbo engine is somewhat challenged on the highway * Design same-same as every other small SUV on the road * Digital Speedo and NO Tach; I prefer the real thing * Seats are narrow, hard and uncomfortable on long trips * Road noise is worse than expected for a Buick * Small cargo area w/o rear seat backs down * Insufficient legroom in back seats * Insufficient rear headroom for tall persons * AM/FM/Satellite radio difficult to program * VERY sensitive brakes and accelerator

The only reason I gave the interior a 4 is for the icons on the informations screen for Music, information and home, etc. are very dim and hard to see, especially during the day. After a while you know where they are and can just touch the area to get to what you want.

Justin was absolutely phenomenal to work with. At no point did I ever feel pressured, rushed, or on edge during the purchase of my vehicle. Justin was very friendly and fun to work with, he made the whole process immensely better. The Encore 2024 GX ST is my second GM car, which has truly impressed me. I've driven various vehicles, including Honda, Infiniti, Toyota, and Saturn, but the Encore GX truly stands out. Its sleek and attractive exterior design caught my eye immediately. On the inside, the elegant beige leather seats create a luxurious atmosphere, and the state-of-the-art infotainment system adds to the overall appeal. The exterior has been significantly improved with the modern Buick logo, giving the car a more contemporary look. One of the most outstanding aspects of the Buick Encore GX is the driving experience. Navigating the vehicle is incredibly easy, and when you press on the accelerator, the car effortlessly gains speed. This is in stark contrast to my previous experience with the Toyota RAV4, which struggled to accelerate quickly. Overall, I'm thoroughly pleased with the Encore GX and would highly recommend it to anyone in the market for a new car.
