I was having an issue with my vehicle and reached out to a few dealerships for help. One never returned my calls, and another quoted me an outrageous price without even looking up my vehicle. Then I got Ethan from Sheehan on the phone, and everything changed. I was frustrated and flustered, but Ethan immediately took the time to calm me down. He looked up my vehicle and let me know the repair would be fully covered by my warranty. He even asked if I could bring the vehicle in right away. When I arrived, Ethan went above and beyond. He made sure the team drove me to the rental car location?even though it was right across the street?because it was a busy road. He also ensured that my rental was covered under my warranty. He kept me informed throughout the process and assured me the repair would be handled quickly. True to his word, my vehicle was ready the very next day! It?s rare to find a service advisor who genuinely cares and follows through on their promises. I?m so glad I didn?t give up and called Sheehan. It's been great so far. Will be taking it on a road trip first of June. Bought in Jan 2021. Love the interior styling and comfort. Love the Satin Steel Metallic Color. Would recommend.

I’ve had my 2019 Buick Envision since January of this year (2023). We were traveling from GA to MS today and for the first time ever after hitting a bump two different times (a couple hours apart) our vehicle started vibrating and shaking terribly. Very concerning.

I was kind of forced into my 2022 Envision during the inventory crisis post covid. My Alfa Romeo Giulia lease was totaled. I lost the market equity as Ally being the lessor is entitled to retain all over payment. I needed a vehicle quick. Upon arriving at my local Buick GMC dealer I asked what was on the lot long enough they wanted to move. The answer was a Preferred awd Envision in Burnished Bronze. I bought it, was surprised with the "premium sound system" (not Bose). Love the quiet smooth ride. This 2.0 is not the Alfa's 2.0 that is for sure, but I have had no issues getting around or through slow traffic. All in all... I was, and continue to be, a year later impressed. Well done Buick, just wish it had LUMBAR.

My only complaint is that I cannot seem to close the door mirrors. Small complaint and not really a flaw but cosmetic. The car is amazing. It has plenty of room and acceleration. It is comfortable and luxurious too.

If u own a Buick u cannot find another car that rides as smooth as this make if vehicle I have owned one in the past and it was still running even with 275,000 miles on it

My experience was satisfactory. I was planning to buy a new car but they didn?t have the car with the color combination I was looking for so they sold me a loner car with 2.500 miles. After a week of driving we had issues with brakes and rear camera. As I am writing this review the car is in the shop.

First of October we drove from Ohio to Vagas and back throug Wyoming good gas milage and loved the ride. Recommend it buy for comfort and value.

Before purchasing my Buick Envision Avenir I researched and test drove approximately 8 different brands, even the Porsche Macan and Genesis GV70. I chose the 2022 Buick Envision Avenir because of the value and multiple things about it, mainly the way it looks, feels, and drives. Simply excellent. I love driving this car every day. Absolutely love it after 8 months ownership. Zero problems.
