They were professional, courteous and actually cared about what we wanted. Most importantly, they were honest. Communication was too notch and I was updated every step of the way by text or call. Great experience purchasing a new Buick Encore GX from a great team. Hugh Middleton was great to work with and he was patient as he explained the process and the numbers and he and his management were great at crafting a deal that was extremely reasonable and the process was smooth and efficient and I was in and out of the dealership in what for me was record time. Got the Sierra 1500 AT4 because I wanted something with power—and this thing is a beast. The exhaust note never gets old. What impressed me was the five-day trade-in price lock. I needed time to talk with my brother, and they honored it. Even threw in a factory bedliner.

I came in for a door rattle, and the work order actually listed “900g anti-squeak in right weather strip.” Not even part of their standard pricing, but the $14.80 matched what I saw on their site. After the fix, they gave me the old seal in a bag—proof it was done right.

Loved that the showroom has natural light—not cold fluorescent stuff. You can see every detail on the paint. Staff uniforms look sharp too—more like a boutique than a bank.

We came for a Terrain, left with an Acadia. Looks way more impressive in person than online. The tri-zone climate control is a lifesaver with kids.
