Directly across the street, at the Southtowne Collision, is another superb trendsetter of the masterplan and execution of sheer quality customer service, is body shop manager Ricky Spradlin. Unfortunately, down through the years, my household has encountered our share of accidents. We have found relief in the reassurance that our automobiles are in good hands and treated with the highest level of respect, right in the hands of Ricky. He has exuberated profound professionalism, goal-oriented focus, and an aimed-to-please zeal to get the job done. His most recent assignment with our son's automobile was restored to perfection. Kudos and confetti go out to Tina Law, the body shop administrator who is superb overall with her inviting voice and welcoming intentions of ensuring that Southtowne's stands to its credence of marketing customer service guarantee.
