Overall, it was a very smooth process when I recently purchased my new Buick. The only reason I didn’t give five stars is because there were two documents from the finance department that were forgotten/overlooked that caused a little difficulty for me.

Took my car (2013 Buick) in for service because of a rattle when starting the car.
