My Service Tech, Dave, is excellent. He works with the shop to get my vehicle ASAP and follows up with them on the repair. This time it needs a part; 5-7 days shipping. In the days of corona virus John Vance motors was offering internet buying. The offer by Mr. Vance on video seemed sincere. Since it was sight unseen I expected the sales force to be my eyes and ears on site and be and do more than if I were there to check things myself. I asked several questions about various things, got affirmative answers and was assured twice that "they check everything". When car was delivered (400 miles) there were many things that were wrong (they did not check everything), without going into detail of all the problems I notified the sales people by email, no response. I notified John Vance, the owner, and can't say enough good about John. He took care of things immediately and as much as possible for me being distant, said that is not the way they do business. I believe him, and I feel confident that the next internet sale will be treated with integrity and double check "everything" thoroughly. If only reviewing John it would be 5 star.

Ladies, ask for Jimmy Briseno! For the FIRST TIME we found a salesman who answered MY questions and catered to ME when buying a car! The minute my husband told him it would be my car Jimmy went above and beyond to show me multiple options, all while really listening to what I liked/disliked about each car I test drove. He was patient without being pushy and didn't treat me like I was silly just because I'm female--absolutely recommend!

Great experience. Everyone was super friendly. There was no pressure when shopping or asking questions. Price was agreed upon quickly. Didn't have to wait for finance and truck was ready when I finished with finance.

Knowledgeable repair team, they were able to fix the electrical issue with my rear drivers side lights. Also have a very comfortable waiting area, tv and vending machines.
