They went the extra mile to have the car test-driven both before (to confirm our reported symptoms) and after the repair (to confirm problems had been resolved). This car feels like experiencing a level of driving that no mortal was supposed to feel. Truly a divine car. Must say two deer at once is not good news for it though :( I miss mine so much, definitely the best sedan I’ve ever owned. It’s not even close

This car is a dream to own & drive. My only complains are the paint job. Mine is silver and deterating very fast now matter how much its washed & waxed. Also, you cannot check the transmission fluid unless you take it to the dealer. It is sealed underneth the car. Other than those 2 issues, its a wonderful vehicle.

Beautiful car but get the 6cyl or you’ll be disappointed with its lack of power. The Lacrosse is the perfect cross between luxury and sport. Great comfort, excellent sound system, quiet ride, quick acceleration, tight road handling. The plethora of technology takes about two weeks to adapt but soon becomes second nature. Reasonable economy/gas mileage. The touch technology for temperature control is a bit awkward. I had my lacrosse checked by my mechanics and got a thumbs up. This is my 6th Buick, it continues to please just remember to get the 6 cylinder

This car moves out when needed. smooth, non-jerky ride. Kind of like a luxury Dodge Charger, but smoother. Lots of safety features for driver confidence.
