I like larger cars,have plenty of trunk space to handle my walker too. Also, I don't care about all the fancy options on the newer models. This Lucerne is perfect for my needs.

The car i got is a great car so far rides smooth and the heated seats and steering wheel are wonderful!! The most comfortable car I've ever owned!

A sway bar end link broke off of my wife’s Suburban. I called Weathers Motors in a pinch since it’s the main transportation vehicle for my 3 children. They were actually able to get me in the next day and have it done in a few hours. I was worried it was going to be a few days, especially with the holidays. And I had no idea what the price would be but it was so reasonable that I didn’t question the service manager. In fact, I told him to replace the other side just in case! Thank you again.

This car was low mileage for the year. It was well kept up. I enjoy driving the car & the comfort inside while driving was smooth & comfortable.

This is the fifth consecutive Buick sedan I have owned. My experience is as follows: #1 256k miles, junked because of damages to vehicle. #2 189k miles, car broke in half (road salt) #3 398k miles, transmission and frame rot ie road salt, #4 172k miles, totaled in accident. #5 who knows. Repairs/maintenance average 1,500 per year because I keep everything fixed and maintained.

I have been going to Bergstrom Subaru for the last 4 years. They have always given me exceptional service. But recently I want to call out for my Service Advisor Shane Nelson for exceptional service. I had a problem with my steering column controls and he worked with the mechanic to provide a solution. This was an example of going above and beyond to help a customer. Great job Shane and crew! After a bit of confusion about whether the car was actually available, we found our way to the dealership and Jon had the car ready for us to look at and drive. We took the car out onto some construction roadways and were pleased with the ride on some very rough roads. Jon was able to share a little info about the car, but the CarFax that I was able to review before we came in was VERY helpful on making a decision about this car. When we sat down to put numbers together I was a bit shocked by the additional items that were not only "available" but were, apparently, added to this car and its cost. We were pleased that Sean and other management personnel were able to make the total cost down to a number that was about my budget but was acceptable. And, on top of, living more than 50 miles away and driving my wife's car in to look at this car, Sean worked it out so that they would deliver it to me on Monday, and that we VERY appreciated. The dealership facility is definitely not as fancy as some found in larger cities, but the people were nice and we were able to get the job done. The Cars.com page for this car did have some incorrect information. While this car is, apparently, SLT-1 it did NOT include some of the features indicated in the advertisement. This includes Navigation, 8 way drivers seat, and some other items. When I brought this to the attention of the dealership they noted that these ads are prepared by a third party, and I would assume that is Cars.com What I failed to get while at the dealership, or to print out on my own, was a copy of the CarFax report. After a couple of calls I finally got Jon and he almost immediately had that in my emai and I appreciated his effort. All in dealing with Arcadia Chevrolet was a positive experience.

Everything is good.i like what they work. Sell person is very good. I like the seller who sold the car to me . He is very nice.

This was the least stressful purchase at a dealership that I've ever had! No surprises.

Still waiting for verbal communication. Sometimes through email response. I have hope with this dealership since I need a car.

Tyler was professional and easy to do business with, he was trying hard to accommodate all my requests since I was not in town to test drive the vehicle before the purchase. The vehicle was correctly described and the price was good, pretty straight forward and hassle free experience.

I had a good experience. I know car buying can be extremely stressful especially if you need financing, you could be at a dealership all day. I didn't need financing, they had what I wanted, I had the car fax report, took it for a ride with Bentley who was very nice and knowledgeable about the vehicle then spoke with Jordan. The price was good, so I left him a deposit. Came back Tuesday evening after six to finalize the paperwork and left by eight and i wasn't the only one buying a car that night. I read some bad reviews; I can only seek for myself. I've had this vehicle for three weeks now and I'm happy. Good experience. Why not five stars, there is always room for improvement. What's a five-star experience like anyway?
