My only complaint is that I cannot seem to close the door mirrors. Small complaint and not really a flaw but cosmetic. The car is amazing. It has plenty of room and acceleration. It is comfortable and luxurious too.

I bought 2014 Premium AWD used w, 30k miles and odometer now reads 179k. The car has been very reliable , I have replaced the water pump, timing belt, and done brakes and oil changes, I also fixed the manifold/valve cover issue. These were all normal Repairs . I am pretty good with maintenance, so that is key w this car. If you just drive it, don’t change oil or fluids then like any car you will have problems . This one has been very good .

Great little SUV. Gas mileage is a plus. Nice interior and features. Nice design. Reliable vehicle. This is our 18 year old’s car and we feel safe sending him out in it.

I called to make an appointment for a state inspection and an oil change with Hall Hyundai, where I purchased my vehicle. I was told the earliest appointment would be July 20, 2023. I stated that date would be a month after my state inspection would have expired. I asked if they could check with Hall Chevrolet, next door, for an earlier appointment. They checked and I got an appointment the same day for 11:00 AM. Amazing! Unbelievable. I dopped my vehicle off at 10:00 AM with Adam Jones. By 11:10 AM, I received a text message stating my vehicle had been inspected, along with a video of the inspection and a detail report with recommended services I should consider having done. I selected a service I wanted to be done all from my cell phone. It was quick and easy. Within less than two hours later, I received another text message stating that my vehicle was ready to be picked up. This was by far the best experience I have received from a service department in quite a while. Great communication through texting! Thank you, Hall Chevrolet and Adam for taking care of me today.

First of October we drove from Ohio to Vagas and back throug Wyoming good gas milage and loved the ride. Recommend it buy for comfort and value.

I bought this car 9 years ago as an ex hertz car. It had 24000 miles and now it's only got 52000 miles. The reliability is bulletproof so far nothing has ever gone wrong (touch wood). I've owned 33 cars and this car has Honda/Toyota build quality and reliability. The downsides are I find it very thirsty, I've never managed better than 22mpg in mixed highway driving. i find that the car is quite gutless but it's fit for purpose. The resale on these is worthless so I plan to keep this car until it dies. I have other cars but this is still my daily driver.

My wife and I drove down from Upstate New York to test drive our 2007 Jeep Wrangler . Ken sent me tons of pictures of the undercarriage and all around the Jeep before we traveled to Virginia . We found one minor issue during our test drive , which Ken made sure was corrected ,even though the service area was closing in ten minutes ! Who does that ? They made a customer for life ! I bought my 2020 Enclave new and have been totally pleased. It rides better gets better mpg smoother more quiet and a much better ‘road car’ than the compatible Mercedes and BMW company cars I’ve driven. The tranny seems to be in the best gear more often without the annoying hard downshifts. The only option I wish Buick would offer is a third seat delete… I very seldom use the 3rd seats. It would be nice if they were removable like my Rendezvous seats which offered much more cargo space without them. The excellent road manners and smooth quiet ride shortens my 450 mile trip to my daughter’s house…. And I made it there without stopping for gas! 16.3 gal to go 451 miles… on a 310hp engine. I always liked my Chevy Caprices… but this Enclave is actually better and no problems just like the Caprices.

rides like a dream easy to park lots of room inside can carry whole family or put the seat down for construction load. It has a beautiful body and looks important on the road

I was given 2003 Buick LeSabre limited. It FAR exceeded my expectations! My wife and I were looking for new (2019-2022) Nissan Altima until LeSabre showed up. We felt like we are right at home, cozy and completely rested even on long trips. I am an Evangelist and found this car very very useful for my vocation, a car that we can fully depend on! I cannot say enough about my salesmen (David). I will be remised if I do not share one of the best experiences that I ever had while buying my 2024 Denali Ultimate 1500. David contacted me months before I knew I would be purchasing this vehicle. David and I created a build for a 2024 Denali Ultimate 3500 Dually. My experiences with him were so grand, that my wife wanted to deal with him in finding her the 1500 Denali Ultimate. We gravitate toward genuinely ?good people?, and David is one-of-a-kind. He answered all calls day/night. He has taken my calls even when he was off duty. Truth be told, David, was off the day I came to pick up my vehicle. He is extremely personable. He knows how to genuinely deal with people. I have been a Chevy/GMC man my entire life, and I have tried to test his knowledge even when it was not to my best interest; he stayed honest. He delivers not-so-good news like warm rain. We, as consumers, get so caught up in believing that we can ask for anything with the expectation that we are going to get it because WE ARE THE CUSTOMER. Some things are indeed out of a salesmen control. Some things may even be out of the control of the dealership and the General Motors Corporation itself, but David remained honest even when things could not go my way. He does so with class, and I admire that. Wherever he works, wherever he is selling automobiles, I WILL ONLY PURCHASE FROM DAVID. If he is selling Toyota, then I will buy a Tundra. If he is selling Dodge, then I will buy a RAM. If he is selling Ford, then I will buy the F series truck. Why, because David has taken the time to know what I need and what I like. That means something to me. I am certain that if David is selling it, then I will surely want to buy it! I especially like the way he trained his young apprentice (I can?t remember his name), but this young man called my wife and I twice during our 7-hr. drive home to ensure that we were traveling ok. Thank you, David. Thank you for being there for my wife and I. Thank you always taking my calls to answer the same questions repeatedly. Thank you for picking us up from the airport on your day off and providing us transportation to the dealership. Thank you for finding our truck, which was surely a needle in the haystack. I can?t wait until my 3500 Dually is ready for pickup. I unexpectedly wound up leasing a 2022 Buick Encore GX. I have been very happy with all of the features and performance of the vehicle. It is peppy, handles great and is quite comfortable. A small step down in size from a Chevy Equinox and it has worked out extremely well.
