Nick who works at retail parts was awesome. He was professional friendly and very knowledgeable if the parts I needed and very very helpful. I will becoming back for sure if my car needs anything else. Got a transmission flush the service was awesome too and including customer service. My experience at Hall Nissan in Chesapeake was outstanding especially with the help of the young man, Justin Champ, who was my salesman. Well to be exact I always have a good experience when I come to this Nissan dealer that was a reason why I started coming to Hall Nissan I actually bought my vehicle from Victory Nissan but you guys are closer to where I stay so I decided to come to Hall Nissan and my experience is always great.
I usually have a wonderful experience with Bowditch. For the positives, Al, our service rep who is head of the Blue Team is always a pleasure to work with. Also the mechanics always do an excellent job on our vehicles. However your new process of not being able to speak directly to our service representative lacks customer service. I had to call back twice to have someone return my call and then it was someone who has no idea who we are or what we need. Finally once she gave a message to our service rep he was very accommodating as always and I was able to have the problem resolved. Our service rep and mechanics deserve a 10, however your process does not. We have been clients at this dealership well over 40 years and my concern is that once the people who we have always had excellent relationships with are gone we feel our service and purchasing experiences will be lacking.
I was very pleased with the service provided at Bowditch. The online appoint arrangement was easy and confirmation of the appointment was timely. My car was in and out in a reasonable amount of time. I am very satisfied with the service.
Engine warning light lite up. Arrived @7:30am> they took me straight in, found a problem with the #2 spark plug miss firing. Swapped out #2 and #3 coils. Cleared the code. 24 hours later the light has not relit, Ff it does I was instructed to bring my ST back to replace the #2 and 3 plugs and the # 3 coil.
Second vehicle bought through Taylor and can???t say enough good things. Thanks again for all your help bud. You won???t find a salesman with better customer service.
