I came in not really expecting to buy a Mercedes because of my bad credit. I needed to buy a car bad because mine was getting old. I told him my price range and what I could afford monthly. Danny, from internet sales got me into a beautiful 2011 E350. It was a great price and deal for the bad credit I had. He was so patient and helpful. After sending an email to Nimnicht Chevrolet I was contacted by Mike Gantt, a salesman there. I went in without an appointment, and Mike proceeded to show me the car and take it for a test drive. The car, a 2013 Mazda CX-5 was in pristine condition, and for me, it was love at first sight. During the test drive Mike proved to be very knowledgeable about the car, even though it wasn't a Chevy. I had done considerable online research on that particular make, model and year and had a firm idea of what a fair price should be and how much I would be willing to pay. However, the paperwork affixed to the car's window did not have the car's cost. Once we were in the office, Mike was joined by a Manager "because only a manager could determine/discuss price". Mike, literally, took a back seat while the Mgr. and I began a back and forth discussion during which I made it clear that I was not going to purchase the car during that visit, but rather, would go home and do a bit more research on cars at other dealerships, Eventually, I was given an Out the Door price of $15000, pending other approvals by management. . (Out the Door includes all taxes titles and fees.) With the Manager's assurance that the $15000 price was firm, I went home. After 2 hours of research and calls to other dealerships, I confirmed that the $15K price was more than fair. That same day, I called to say I was coming back to purchase the car, and was told that the Mgr. had made a "mistake", and the cost would now be $16K. Needless to say, I did not buy a car that day. Next day I was called by yet another mgr. who, when told about the previous day's "price hike", said he'd look into it. Mike also called to offer an apology and attempt to have the price reduced. In the end, 3 days later, I did buy the car for.... $15750. This was still a great price, especially when looking at the comps from other dealers. However, I feel that Nimnicht should have honored their initial offer to me despite THEIR manager's "mistake". After all, that price was determined by Nimnicht's employee, not me. However, Mike Gantt and his transparency and concern throughout were noteworthy and appreciated. And only because of his professionalism I recommend Nimnicht with the caveat: do your homework BEFORE going into the showroom and hope that the dealership shows just a bit more integrity going forward.

Great small SUV with all the latest in technology. I get great gas mileage 38 on the highway and around 32 combined. Has adequate pickup; Buick sales rep told me about Trifecta performance tuning which livened up the vehicle. (optional aftermarket engine trans tuning software)

From the moment we walked into Nimnicht Chevrolet until we drove home in our brand new Chevrolet Corvette Grand Sport was an exciting experience. Don Sanders worked with us tirelessly and answered every "silly" question I had. Don treated us like old friends and took extra time to explain everything to us. He even helped set up My Chevrolet and OnStar apps on our phones. His patience was impressive and he rates 5 stars all by himself! He kept us apprised of the status of our car from the moment we ordered it until he called to tell us it had been delivered. When we got there, Don was personally cleaning the car to make sure it was perfect. Everyone we met at Nimnicht was exceptional from Mike St Cyr to Scott Garman to Tiffany Wilson to Major Lazarusy. Vickie (I am sorry I don't have her last name) who handled the financial end of the transaction was awesome and took the time to explain line by line the charges for the Vette. We can see why Nimnicht Chevrolet is #1 because everyone we met gave 110%. We will be back for future automobile/truck needs.

600 miles into ownership and very happy with our purchase. The car is very quiet, rides very smoothly, and is very easy to drive. So far, we are averaging better than 30 mpg in combined driving. The kids (16 & 8 years old) tell me the backseat is much more roomy than mom's SUV. The only thing I don't like at this point is the Auto-Stop feature, which is currently not able to be bypassed or otherwise shut off

I have been a customer of another Toyota dealer in town for years. Unfortunately we could not meet on a price for a new car. They wouldn't go down $150!! (This is after buying 3 cars from them and having all of my service completed with them.) So I went to Coggin Toyota. Gauge was the first salesperson I met at Coggin. He made a great first impression for the company. I went on a test drive and there was no pressure. Next I went online and gave Coggin all of my terms. Not only did they meet the price but they also gave me an additional $100 off. The whole buying process took about 60-90 minutes and that included financing. Tom Meehan was the salesperson that returned my call. Tom has about 17 years experience I believe he said, and we able to agree on the price pretty quickly. He helped get both cars to my home. He reviewed everything on the car with me and both Tom and Gauge have followed up after the sale. I returned my car to have the accessories added. The service department also was very clean. The whole facility looked great. So far am VERY impressed.

I was a die-hard Toyota fan for over 20 years and was intent on buying another Toyota until I stopped in at Key Buick. I only stopped there to see the Enclave because whenever I saw one on the road I admired its exterior. Believe me, I had NO intention of buying a Buick I was just "window shopping" as women do. I had spent the earlier part of the day at a Lexus and a Toyota dealership where the minute you park your car a salesman attaches himself to you and begins his hard-sell pitch. I don't know how everyone else feels about that approach but that sales technique makes me want to run away. I mentally prepared myself for more of the same when I went to Key Buick. Boy, was I in for a surprise of a lifetime. No one jumped out of the bushes to start badgering me about buying a car. In fact, it was quite the opposite. It was like a dream come true. I was able to meander around the showroom to look at all the vehicles, sit inside and explore their interiors and collect my thoughts so I could ask the right questions. I was in heaven! And then I met David Hayes. He was easy going, informative and addressed all my questions. In fact, if there was a question that I failed to ask, he brought it to my attention. Never in all my years of buying cars had I had such a wonderful time at a dealership. Well, I bet you can guess by the above review the outcome of my visit-I bought a Buick!! The Enclave runs like a dream and has all the "bells & whistles" that I wanted. On top of that it has won a few awards and the professional reviews of this car are wonderful. My last surprise came as David actually accompanied me to the vehicle, got inside and paired my phone for me, setup the "on star" system, and took the time to go over every button & gadget on the dashboard. Usually, a dealer handed me the keys and told me the manual was in the glove box. I could go on & on about the service I received but I fear I've overdone it already. So I have 2 things left to say to Key Buick. 1) Your dealership should be the model for all dealerships & 2) NEVER let David Hayes leave because he is truly an asset to your company. I drove the Buick Encore Essence 2017 with sun roof during a 10 day stay in Arizona for vacation. I originally rented a Nissan sedan but they were out so I took 'the blue SUV'. I was 5 miles north on route 17 when I noticed how quiet the ride was. Then a text came over the Android Auto, which I didn't realized I hooked up by connecting the USB cable to the charger. I found the interior to be very intuitive. The long ride from Phoenix to Sedona was very enjoyable the heated steering wheel and seats plus motorized drivers seat. The pick up climbing the mountain grades was easy as was passing trucks and cars. It doesn't have crazy horse power by any means by it performed fine. The keyless entry and start were great since I was always carrying backpack and gear, no fumbling for the keys. Then I drove back down to Phoenix for 5 days and it handled the off dirt roads to the trail head fine. I came home and 2 weeks later I traded in my loyal Subaru Impreza wagon that I had for 6 years. I enjoyed the Impreza but it has a CVT trans and I wanted to drive a traditions auto trans. The Encore has 25 MPG +/- and I'm ok with that. I purchased the AWD as I live in Massachusetts and NO... FWD with snow tires IS NOT the same thing. So test driving a car for 10 days informed my of how the car runs on average and when snow came in January the Encore handled great with the AWD. Four months owning my Buick Encore Essence now and very happy. It is small on the inside, about the same cubic storage dimensions as a Subaru Impreza Wagon but the off ground height is also what I wanted in my next car. It has great head room, leg room and the leather seats are ALL leather and stitched great, not pleather or 'leather trimmed'. Back seats can squeeze 3 adults but 2 adults for comfort, same beautiful leather seats in back. Soft touch materials, nice dash, nothing flashy but more classic and understated. I added OEM chrome side body molding and chrome wind deflector as well as custom rain guards. Now my car is my own. The aluminum painted grey wheels are awesome too. Very happy!

When I woke up on Friday, I didn't anticipate purchasing a vehicle. My wife's car was in need of some serious repairs so we made the decision to replace rather than deal with that. Since we had out of town plans, we needed a car quickly. The guys at Autoline came through for us. I showed up at 7:15 PM on a Friday evening, met Chip Bates, and he showed me the couple of cars I wanted to see. I decided on a 2014 Ford Expedition and Chip did a great job expediting the process and getting me in and out about as quickly as possible so I could return home and pack to head out of town. Original review: "The service center is very slow. I was second in line for the day, before the garage opened. Got all checked in for a transmission service that I specifically said when I called to set up appt. The person checking me couldn't find that anywhere. I also asked to get a/c system looked at because of an intermittent noise just on start up when a/c was left on. An hour later I was told that I had a front crank seal,leak causing noise, labor costs and time to do it. They also recommended other maintenance that I had to decline cause of costs and time. 2 hours later I was finally waiting to get paperwork to pay. So in 3 hours the tech did about and hour diagnosis and a transmission service which only required lines to be hooked up and a machine turned on to swap fluid. Also after taking 20 minutes to be able to cash out because when I got paperwork to cashier, she had no information on what,was done or anything so she had to make calls. Finally pay and get back to car to find the techs plastic seat cover, paper floor Matt and tag number still in car. On my final invoice it says they also did a multipoint inspection. Ha. If they did they would have told me about the tires needing to be replaced too which i went there knowing. Judging by all this, I'm thinking I'll have to go somewhere else to get a/c looked at again to get pressures read. I have a feeling the pressures were never read and need to be. Should,have been done first if you ask me. I'll also,be looking for a different place for services too. New/Changed ReviewService Manager, called about our experience, I explained our experience, and our concerns, asked questions about what is the normal for different checks they perform that happened to our vehicle. Asked if we should have paperwork with results, which were not given to us. He expressed is apologies and that he desperately wanted to make it right. His concern was our happiness and confidence in the vehicle and their work. The following Tuesday, the service manager personally brought a loaner car to our house to leave and took our car to the shop to do a very thorough check. The service Manager stayed in contact with us almost daily, letting us know what they found and suggestions. They also noticed the extended warranty coverage we had on the vehicle, made some calls about that and found that the repair would be covered by our coverage and offered to pay half the deductable. Once we got our vehicle delivered back to us by the service manager we found that he had replaced the bad component, the belt, and the key fob, which the bad component was the only thing covered by the warranty. In short, the Service Manger shows huge customer service and care, also very concerned with making the vehicle repaired 100%. Shortly after having our vehicle back we did start to notice the noise we originally heard again. We called Butch (service manager) directly to find he was on a much earned vacation. As soon as he returned he called us back immediately. Within about a day the Service Manager was back at our house with another loaner, which to be honest, was more than twice the value of our current vehicle. His concern was spoiling us. Again, he has been in contact with us every step of the way. They have spent extra time this time, testing components before replacing anything. Doing everything they can to narrow all results down. They have kept the vehicle a few extra days this time after the component replacement to make sure the noise will not return. Again very satisfied with the service we are getting. Service Manager is again still very concerned with the customers peace of mind and confidence in the service Department.

We are so happy with this vehicle. My husband is fourteen inches taller than me, and we can both drive comfortably. The Enclave shifts smoothly and there is plenty of interior room for passengers to ride comfortably as well transporting luggage. It handles well in snow and is very stable on the highway. We wanted a reliable full size SUV that drives great, rides smooth, and fits in the garage. Buick covered all the bases.

Hyundai needs to catch up with the Times. 1. A Military ID card DD2 is proof that I'm a retired military and is recognized by the DOD (Department of Defense) 2. I called Hyundai Consumer Affairs (1 800 633 5151) about this three weeks ago. I have to date, not heard back. There seams to be a lot of concern about this. As a 25 year veteran I'm very concerned!!

I can only speak of my experience at Gordon Chevrolet at the Service Department. Coming from a family of mechanics and being a wife of a mechanic us women know how sceptical we are about dealerships fixing our vehicles and over pricing things or taking advantage of a woman. When I first came into Gordon Chevrolet for service on my Chevy Cruze I had that mind set. When I got to the counter I spoke with a service representative his name was Bradley Pouliot, Brad #1 for short (lol). He introduced himself and ask how could he help me. I told him my story about my car and what it was doing and also told him nothing was going to be done without consulting me in turn I would talk to the husband. He said that was perfectly fine and that is what he was going to recommend anyway. At that point I was a little shocked, not what I expected from a dealership. So they checked out my car and he came back to let me know the results. He told me that it was my dicision and if I felt like I need to get a second opinion that I was welcome to do so, the important thing was that I need to have a safe and dependable vehicle, and that only I could make the right choice. He have me other options let me know If I took those options what needed to be done along with a diagnostic to take with me. I called my husband and told him everything in which he confirmed was the truth so he was surprised the price was as low as it was. You seen my husband already checked the car before I went which he didn't tell me and if he had the free time could have done it himself. So I decided right then I would only bring my vehicles to Brad at Gordon Chevrolet. It was because he was a down to earth people person that showed he cared about the customer more than anything and understood if you didn't have a lot of money at the time explained what was the most important to fix first. He out himself in your shoes. That day my car couldn't be fixed I had to go to work and I was stressing out but Brad say me down and said I didn't have to worry because he had a rental ready and waiting for me to use until my car was fix. I said I can't afford it . He said don't worry you are still under warranty this is on us. I asked how much the rental would normally cost (this has been a whole ago) I think he said It was $25 or $35 a day. Which to me that was cheap if you were to go to a rental company I do believe they charge more. I have been a customer ever since because no matter how little the problem like a valve stem cap missing you tell him about it and he will make it right. I'm glad Gordon Chevrolet has people like Brad with family values and that is what makes a company real people that can listen and put themselves in your shoes. Thank you Brad and Gordon Chevrolet

Hello, I went to Nimnicht Chevy when I needed a Truck about a month ago. I bought my Chevy Cruze from Nimnicht 5 years ago and was very happy with their hospitality and courteous deal making. I have bought many vehicles from Nimnicht over the years and have brought my family to get in on the deals. All the Dealership vehicles have been very clean and detailed every time and has never disappointed me. Lou (short for Louise) was the best sales person I have had the pleasure in meeting. She has a great personality and did not push me into a sale. She has that bubbly personality that me and my wife fell in love with. She deserved the commissions from our sales hands down. She knew about the vehicles she was showing me and my wife down to the finest details. She did not lose her attention at anytime she was taking care of us when we arrived at car lot. I just brought my Daughter and her fiancee to the Dealership today and she stayed with them all day from morning to tonight getting them in 2 (count them) 2016 vehicles. She went above and beyond with these deals and did not waiver her attention to anyone. I will definitely be back to Nimnicht to see her if I need another great deal in the future. I find all of the service advisors very friendly but Sharon has such a warm and down home charming demeanor that you almost don???t think you are at a car service center. She greets you warmly and has a bubbly personality. The only issue I had was convincing the parts department that a Genesis Key Card and the mechanical key insert was available for my 2016 Genesis Sedan. Their data base as I was told did not show the item available for this car. I supplied the credit card style key fob which I had just purchased from Hyundai so it obviously is available. This dealership programmed it and it operates flawlessly. However an emergency mechanical key insert has to be ordered and laser cut separately. The mechanical key slips inside the credit card key fob. This is where my issue came in. The parts department said a mechanical key was not available for this 2016 Genesis Sedan. I knew this not to be true. I called another Genesis dealership and was even given the part number for the mechanical key. I gave this information to the Key Parts Department. They were very skeptical. They looked up the part number and saw it was indeed a mechanical key but insisted it may not work with my vehicle because it was not listed in there data base. These keys are cut using the vin number of the vehicle. I want to state that at no time were they rude to me. They just kept insisting that it may not work. I called the second Genesis dealership again and they assured me it would work because it is an accessory and not treated the same as a part. Again the key is cut using your vin number. If there is no vin number on file there is no key to cut. I called Key Parts again and advised them that I wanted the key. They had no problem ordering it but advised there was no guarantee it would work. I said ???order it anyway??? and I will take the chance. If it works (which I was certain it would), great. If it did not work I would accept an eighty dollar key that was like a blank. The mechanical key arrived and I am happy to report it works perfectly. The electronic fob functions perfectly and the mechanical key does too. What is so frustrating to me is if I did not push the issue I would be minus the mechanical key which is needed to open the car if your battery dies. In fact I was told they didn???t even see the electronic key in their system for the 2016 model. Since the part came straight from Hyundai it most definetly is available. Just in case you are wondering what this item is, it is an electronic key fob that is the size and thickness of a credit card that fits in a wallet. This eliminates you having to carry the standard key fob supplied with the car in your pocket or purse. I want to state that I am not dissatisfied with the dealership. I have purchased 3 vehicles from them and been very satisfied with the sales and service department. They do good work. And to be fair, this item I purchased I am sure is rarely seen. But I do research too and I would like to see a little more research by the parts department when an unusual item comes their way. So the bottom line is: I have my key card and mechanical key. Both function properly as programmed and ordered by the dealership. I am happy.

The room in this mid size SUV with third row seating is absolutely amazing. I'm 5'9" and I don't have to crouch down to move through the back area. I barely have to bend any further than I did in my minivan and that amazes me, I thought I'd be sacrificing a lot of room moving from a van to an SUV but that is not the case here. The only real complaint I have is that I purchased the 6 cylinder AWD and I think definitely go for the 8 cylinder if you have the option. You're going to break even in the gas mileage department and the extra power is noticeably worth it, in my opinion. All in all, I think Buick hit it out of the park with this ride!
