What can I say---it's a Buick! The ride and overall driver and passinger comfort is unsurpasse ed and even though this vehicle is some 12 plus years old it behaves like a new one. Course maintaining and showing it TLC helps.

Worked on one for a friend and this car is smooth and easy to work on. It's big and roomy and very stylish even today. The only thing I seen that I did not like was it doesn't get good gas mileage and it's a V6. Kinda to much weight for a V6 to be pulling but once you get it on the highway it's definitely a cruiser and smooth.

I bought this car 9 years ago as an ex hertz car. It had 24000 miles and now it's only got 52000 miles. The reliability is bulletproof so far nothing has ever gone wrong (touch wood). I've owned 33 cars and this car has Honda/Toyota build quality and reliability. The downsides are I find it very thirsty, I've never managed better than 22mpg in mixed highway driving. i find that the car is quite gutless but it's fit for purpose. The resale on these is worthless so I plan to keep this car until it dies. I have other cars but this is still my daily driver.

I had my 2013 Buick Vearno (Leather Group) from 2014 - 2022, and LOVED it. I moved, and wasn't able to bring the car. The resale value was about half of what I paid for it in 2014 (a lot more than what I was expecting), and I'm seeing CarMax/Carvanna etc sell it for almost the same price as what I bought it at in 2014! I have nothing but good things to say about having the Buick Verano; My sister even borrowed it for long drives across the US from time to time. I felt safe in the vehicle, and didn't have a single car issue. The battery was replaced in 2022 (car purchased in 2014), because I didn't realize that batteries needed changing every few years! I can't wait until I can buy another Buick, to be honest!

I’m surprised by the rating on this website because it’s not a true reflection of how great this dealership is. I rate this dealership five stars…unequivocally. I will save you from the embroidery and give the highlights of my experience. Our family purchased two vehicles in consecutive weeks, the most recent being a 2014 MB E550 as of yesterday. My nephew got accepted in business school and we decided to get him a 2015 MB C400. We had a wonderful experience with his transaction and yesterday was even better! The Pre Owned Director, Mr. Jon Keblesh, walked with us throughout the whole process ensuring a smooth and fair negotiation for both parties. The General Manager Mr. Jason Wier even got involved to manufacture the deal when we hit a small road block and made sure it went through. Even the Finance Director, Mr. Louie Richards, was a consummate professional - even if both deals ended up being cash transactions. He was still very polite and a pleasure to deal with. I even told him he reminded me of a family member in California. Thus, that is a great segway…They treated us like family. I felt confident and trusting with their business dealings and I recommend this dealership to anyone who is reading this review. I have been in management for over 20+ years in the retail and sales sector and this team (albeit a small one) are very strong and honest group. Since 2011 I’ve noticed and admired the newly designed Buick Regal and every time I saw them I wondered about them. I had a 1998 Buick Regal GS with the super charge 3.8 litre engine thatI sold years ago. Fast forward to 2021 and here I am a proud owner of a 2017 Regal Premium 1 with the 2.0 turbo engine. Let me say that I love this car. I love the room in it and the comfortable leather seats and because I’m here in Toronto, Canada area the heated seats and steering wheel. My Regal is a sweet car! Quick as a whip and great on gas. My wife and I will enjoy many a trip in this beautiful car! I absolutely recommend and only wish I had of bought one sooner ! Lucky for us our Regal only has 19,000km or about 12 thousand miles on it. People just don’t take notice of these cars thinking it’s an old mans car - if that’s the case they are sadly missing out.

I was given 2003 Buick LeSabre limited. It FAR exceeded my expectations! My wife and I were looking for new (2019-2022) Nissan Altima until LeSabre showed up. We felt like we are right at home, cozy and completely rested even on long trips. I am an Evangelist and found this car very very useful for my vocation, a car that we can fully depend on! Highly recommended!

Charlie was a great salesman and the vehicle and experience was excellent. I have bought a lot of vehicles over the years and this purchase was one of the best.

I bought it used fron Carvana with 49000 miles on it. When it had around 100,000 miles on it i had to replace the middle 2 coils. I did it myself for $100 each. Took me 30 minutes on each one. It now has 137000 miles on it and the check engine light has been on since 110000 indicating a "failing turbo". It shows no signs of failing and continues to run good. just drove it from Florida to Texas and back (1800 miles) It ran good. I have had 4 Buicks and very little trouble with them. I would definitely recommend this car. Beautiful and easy care- just change oil ecery 5000 miles and it keeps going.

I was impressed with Drew as he was not a high pressured salesman. He allowed me to familiarize myself with the bmw. When I asked for an inspection performed by an independent bmw dealer he agreed to this. He wanted to sell the car but moved at my place. A neighborhood used car dealer that will continue to grow. Carmen was quite helpful and personable while she processed paperwork. I will return in the future

I love my 2013 LaCrosse! BUT when I bought it , it ran so good then I started having problems with the tcm and haven't gotten it straightened out yet. I pray it's on the recall list. From what I'm seeing it is. I just want it fixed. Praying yall can give me some great news!

We were hundreds of.mikes from home and had tire issues. Matt White and all staff we dealt with were amazing. Our vehicle needed an odd size tire and Matt located tires at a local busi ess and was able to have them delivered promptly. We were so impressed we decided to buy four tires due to a buy three and get one free offer and a rebate. We asked for an alignment and the mechanic determined it was not needed. We could have been taken advantage of and were not.

Bought a turbo with only 8k miles and it runs amazing. What you get for the money I consider it Definitely a bargain with all the options. Not crazy about the interface and rather small back seat but the trunk makes up for it.

This car took great care of my mother. It was used little, low miles and leather seats are extremely comfortable and look new. Passenger and back seats were rarely used. Look great and drive in style, this car has many more miles to go.

This car has been wonderful. I bought it new after researching many cars. It has lived up to the hype. It rides wonderfully, the turbo kicking in is smooth and quick. It is very safe for my family with all the safety features and is easy to maintain. I love the all wheel drive, adaptive cruise control, blind spot and very comfortable power everything including leather power seats with memory and navigation and hands free calling. Yoohoo!

This is by far the best car for your money, I bought this car used with almost 40k miles and now it’s at 110k miles in about a year and a half. I drive 100-300 miles a day and this car gets around the same gas mileage as my old Hyundai sonata. This car is driven through heavy traffic in Washington DC and the rural countryside on a daily basis and can handle just about anything. This car drives and feels like a Mercedes S class. I travel around the area and I couldn’t think of a more comfortable car to do my job in. I never have to worry about reliability. The only con with this car is that an oil change is about $120 wherever you go (DC Area) and my fog light was knocked out by heavy snow ($25 part). If you’re researching you should definitely buy this car.

Incredibly reliable. Even the Northstar motor for these were good. Most comfortable car I've ever driven, and I can't wait to buy another. Bumps aren't noticeable and standard options are fantastic, and it's a completely bulletproof car. A real tank, too. Got in an accident and he totalled his car. The Buick didn't even have a dent!

V6 has smooth power delivery. 9 speed transmission is smooth. AWD is great for South Dakota winter driving. Quiet cabin while driving 80mph on the Interstate. Some creaks and rattles when you hit pot holes.

I have purchased TWO vehicles from this dealer. First purchase, was easy peezy. In and out but my 2nd vehicle I purchased their gap insurance (major bad idea) because the vehicle was totaled and I had to put in a gap claim. Make a long story short, Smart Auto tried everything they could to NOT pay off my gap claim but the finance lady Debbie wasn't having it. I called her with my concern and she called those folks up and handled this for me. 4 months AFTER the insurance agent paid the claim, Debbie put fire to the gap company's xxx and guess what? My claim will be paid in 5 days. I'm so happy and forever grateful for her because good help is so hard to come buy. I think I'm going to buy another vehicle from them just off this service alone!
