Purchased this 16 YEAR OLD car on 1-20-2016 with 111,000 mileage for $9000. Now has 188,000 miles on it. Had one repair for $2,900 and two around $2,000 since then related to engine performance (flywheel..yikes!) but factor in cheap insurance with NO LOAN PAYMENTS for years, i've actually OWNED this car for years. Book value is close to nothing but mechanical value is priceless at this point. Plan to run it to the ground or perhaps recondition it at this point. Would like to keep it till it hits 250K if possible just for fun and gigills.

Friday Feb. 16th, I went in on a spur of the moment to look for a car for my family. I am a single mom of toddler twins, an 8 yr that lives in Cali and a 16 yr old man child. I needed a car with plenty of space, that was reliable to get me to Cali to see my 8 yr old and that was safe for the twins. Jesse was the first to approach me! He was very kind and seemed to understand exactly what my family needed. He showed me their 2015 Ford Flex (I love flex’s so I was mostly already sold!) I took it for a test drive and decided to go for it! She was perfect for my family! I noticed by Sunday the car started to jolt. I had a feeling it was either a misfire in one of the cylinders or the tranny was slipping. By the following Tuesday morning, I went to get coffee before work and the check engine light came on. I emailed the guys there, and calmly voiced my frustration and said that I would be missing work that day to bring it back in. When I pulled back up, I was greeted by Chris and Jesse. I explained to them what had happened. Chris ran a code reader on it, sure enough it was a 4th cylinder misfire! Jesse introduced me to Thor, the mechanic next door and he said he’d get it fixed up! I was so pleased! We went over prices and what it would cost to switch it out. And it was way cheaper than going to Jiffy Lub to have it done there!! Which made me even more happier! Given Kitty (My Flex) was my only transportation, the guys decided to allow me to borrow one of their cars off the lot while Kitty was getting worked on. All of these guys, Jesse, Chris, Drew, Brad and Thor, are all such wonderful people!!! Very friendly! Very welcoming! Willing to listen to frustrations and concerns! Just amazing people!!! By midday Wednesday, Drew calls me on my lunch to inform me that Kitty was all done being worked on and she runs like new! Man, I was so excited to get off work to go pick her up! Drew also told me that they felt that with me only having the car a few days, that it wouldn’t be right to have me pay for the work. I was so shocked and surprised when he said that, I cried!!! Not only did they switch out the bad spark plug, they went ahead and replaced ALL SIX OF THEM!! WHEN I SAY THESE GUYS ARE AMAZING, THATS A HUGE UNDERSTATEMENT!!!!! I would absolutely recommend anyone and everyone to get a car from their lot!!!! They don’t treat you like you’re just another customer, they really treat you and take care of you like family!!!! My Kitty runs soooooooo amazingly!!!! From the very very deepest parts of our hearts, THANK YOU TO ALL FIVE OF YOU GUYS!!!! We sure love our Kitty and I can’t wait to take her to Cali at the end of next month!!!

Great vehicle loved it all 10 yrs I owned it however this specific vehicle in port Huron at Cawood Honda is garbage. Good deal if there wasn't over $2000 in repairs needed to drive it off the lot. Being a mechanic I suggest not buying it.

It’s been about 2 months since my purchase, I came in to Salem motor sports looking for something to fit my commute to work in something respectable, I absolutely love Chris, he is simply wonderful guy. If your looking to find top quality Cars for crazy affordable price minus the haggle and hassle, this is the only guy to go to. He surprised me with an black Impala LTZ he had detailed. So after one look at the cleanest Car(interior looked like it was never used.) and a quick test drive and I was in love. After I got home I looked under the hood. Looked brand new? Best Buy I’ve ever seen. I’m so lucky to have found Chris, he’s a guy that really wants you to get the best for your money. Couldn’t recommend them enough.

My new used car has been a joy to ride in. So very comfortable, smooth driving, has the pick up and go that I was hoping for! I’ve only been driving it 10 days and have been very pleased. My engine light did come on yesterday, so will have that checked out, I did purchase the vehicle “as is” so knew I would need to have it looked over and check for any repairs that might be needed. But I’m very happy with my purchase!

So I got the 2006 CTS. It's one beautiful car inside and out. Good on pickup speed and stopping. Great sound system. And much more. I love the way it handles and drives and alot more. One thing to always keep in mind while owning this type of car or any car is to always keep up with maintenance. And anything you drive will last longer. Just take care of it like it's human. But overall this car is the best one I've owned so far

My son and I was on a car buying mission on Saturday February 22nd 2025. We started our journey at Indy Luxary Autos on Pendelton Pike to be let down. So we went on to our original plan and headed for Indy Auto Center on Michigan Rd., originally my son was after a 2013 Baby Blue Chrysler 200 that he seen roughly about a week prior on the internet and absolutely wanted it. I called on our way to the dealership to make sure it was still available and told Sami that we would be there in 30 minutes not knowing it would take all of that 30 minutes to get there from Pendleton Pike to his location on Michigan Rd. When we arrived there was a bit of a snafu. Well long story short version a set of lady's came in 10 minutes after we had talked on the phone (Sami thought it was us) and they took the car we was after out on a test drive with it being first come first serve and we understood that. Now in the mean time of them only supposed to be on 15 minute test (the ladys where gone for at least 45 minutes) drive they took us to another 200 that was a year older a bit nore in price by like $900.00 and it really caught my son's eye to the point they pulled it out and got it all situated for him to take it out. Now the other car was still on a test drive when the other one we was offered was ready to be taken out. We eneded taking them both out and my son fell in love with 2nd car that Sami showed us and his family even gave us HUGE discount for all trouble that we went through. I was very pleased with the outcome and so was my son. Now I'm not going to lie I was worried that something might go wrong because you just never know with used cars but it hasn't and he has drove it everywhere. I'm very greatful for Smai and his team they where kind courteous and very helpful. I was originally going to post the review the day we bought the car but I wanted to make sure it was solid and that his crew and dealership was worthy of a very amazing review and I couldn't be happier with our choice of car or dealership. Only went on to see and test drive a used vehicle. They were very nice about it. Took it out for test drive. Everyone there was polite and friendly and professional. Answered all questions I had. Very pleasant interaction.

The car is extremely comfortable and way more luxury then sporty. It's not slow but if your looking for a speed demon, this isn't it. It's a real smooth and quiet ride. The panoramic roof is a nice touch. Got it for the AWD in commuting and the 4 doors with a growing child in the back as a secondary vehicle. It doesn't disappoint. There are only a couple things though that are super first world creature comforts that I wish it had but then have to remember it's an 09. -Only has bluetooth for phone calls not music -No heated steering wheel -No automatic Start But again first world problems that aren't a big deal just gotta say something that could be there 🤣. But I would definitely advise any one interested in one it is absolutely worth having in your driveway with you sitting behind the wheel.

I financed the 2012 cts4 luxury pkg in early 2021 with 50k miles on it with one previous owner and have just recently paid it off and now have fully owned this for about 6 months. This is my first vehicle, so while I have nothing to compare it to in terms of previous cars I’ve owned, I still must say this car has been absolutely amazing for me. Compared to other cars I’ve driven, including a few BMWs, Benz, etc. this one has truthfully been my favorite. The very first thing I noticed when test driving it was how insanely smooth this ride was. I was honestly blown away because I have never driven a car with this smooth of a ride. To add to this, I personally love the style. My personal vehicle is the black raven exterior with a beige interior. There is also the polished wood on doors and dash which I love. The only thing I have added to this car was the Apple CarPlay boss radio, which for me is a necessity as I can’t live without my own playlists and easy navigation. I feel like this also helped to modernize the car a bit since I do have am older model (2012). The biggest problem I had with it so far was a fuse under the hood controlling the fan which was literally a 5 min fix and costed me $60. Have not had a single problem since this fix. I have driven it about 20k miles now for about 18 months and am currently around the 70k mile range. Hopefully as there is more wear and tear it can give the same reliability and performance that I have enjoyed up to this point. Other than that, beautiful sunroof, decent amount of space in the cabin, large trunk, good acceleration, nice HP for a vehicle with no after market performance enhancers considering this car is around 300hp stock and a nice V6 engine. As I was rating this car, I was genuinely trying to think of something more constructive criticism towards it, but I truthfully have rated this vehicle to the best of my ability. Keep in mind this is from 50k-70k miles so far and this is the 2012 vehicle being rated in 2022. One last thing I would like to add considering the gas crisis that is going on as of now, this car has good mpg which is around 20 with an 18 gallon tank. Once the low fuel alert comes on, you still have about 50 miles before gas is really in dire need. Overall, really love this vehicle and I hope that this review helps.

He really knows his stuff, he will help you out as much as he can. I got a steal of a car at an amazing price. Joe also doesn’t charge any dealership fees which helps tremendously. What can I say...it's a Cadillac CTS. It's an older model but it great shape. The inside is beautiful (It's a Cadillac) and the long drive home was very comfortable. The car is still tight in the steering wheel and on the road which makes it feel a lot newer than it is. The underbody has virtually no rust which tells me it lived in a garage. The previous owners must have loved Cadillac's like I do and took care of it.

In my 20s, I had a 2005 Cadillac CTS in red. It was a wonderful car—super fast, and I loved driving it. It was both sleek and powerful, and honestly, that car was my world. I regret not keeping it, even though it needed thousands in repairs. Fast forward to today, and I have another Cadillac. She’s beautiful, but she’ll never be my first love.

Bought a 2010 sedan. Has 170,000 miles on it. Absolutely love driving this car. Put a 60 hp Thorton chip in it. Woke it up! Already looking for second one. Not one rattle in it for as many miles as it has. Great value for the money and aton of aftermarket parts.

Loved all the features, including the front heated, power seats, the navigation screen, Bose 6 speaker AM/FM Cd player. The 3.0 V 6 engine has great gas economy and all the acceleration needed to power up to highway speed.

I think the Cadillac CTS is a very good car and very stylish. I like how quickly yes pizza and sport mode it’s fun to drive in. And living in Indiana snow mode is much needed.

I have owned many cars--both old and new-- in my lifetime and the only comparable one to this one is the 1979 Cadillac Seville I purchased in 1980. I was lucky to find a 2013 2nd Gen Luxury trim model with only 11000 miles on it last summer and hesitated because although it looked showroom new, it was 9 years old. Best buy I ever made--it has everything on it anyone could want and drives like a dream. Comfort, styling, convenience, power, and so far reliability. I wish I could find a new one, but the closest is the CT6 and it is not half the car.
