I’ve now bought two cars at Salem Ford. They are a class act. Both times the salesperson was top notch, most recently Mike “Salty” Saltman. The GM Armando Rodrigues was especially kind as well. 2014 Lincoln MKS review
This is my second MKS, both 2015 AWD models. The car harkens back to the big highway cruisers I grew up with. The car has all the gizmos I'd ever want, especially the heated steering wheel which is a godsend in the winter since my hands tend to get cold quickly. Overall, if your looking for luxury at a reasonable price point look no further. I also love the huge trunk. The rear seats don't drop down but there is a portal you can pull down for long items like wood trim, skis, etc. On the whole it's been reliable. I only wish Lincoln would continue the model but alas, they're moving to all SUV's and electric at that. :(

It is a large car that can really move for its size. The confort level is high! It heats and cools the seats plus it has the massage function on each of the front seats. Backseats have heat and are just as comfy to sit on. It's a great vehicle with the look and feel of luxury.

Great response unfortunately I live I in Montana. Hard to do business with companies that are on the east coast.
2009 Lincoln MKS review
I had been looking for a nice used Lincoln for some time. I had been looking for a MKZ, but feel it was not different enough from my 2014 Fusion. I had looked at a 2013 MKS and for the most part I liked it. Then I came across a 2009 and I preferred the string of the grill and taillights more. I found a few that were okay, but did not care for them in white. Recently I found a 2009 MKS with only 48000 miles on it and the color is Cinnamon. I really liked the color and bought it for less the 8k. So far the car exceeds my expectations. I like the way the car handles, the ride is comfortable and the stereo is in a class by itself. The only thing I find puzzling is what were they thinking when they designed the cup holders, they are not useable for the driver and passenger at the same time. But overall a great car.

Indy Auto Man - Westfield review
I had an outstanding car-buying experience at Indy Auto Man! Ashton was an incredible salesperson—knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely committed to helping me find the perfect vehicle. He made the entire process easy, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel pressured. Ty, the Financial Manager, was equally amazing. He explained everything clearly, made the financing process smooth and stress-free, and ensured I was comfortable with every step before signing. Together, Ashton and Ty made what is often a stressful experience enjoyable and seamless. Their professionalism, honesty, and exceptional customer service exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend asking for Ashton and Ty at Indy Auto Man if you’re looking for a great car-buying experience. Thank you both for making this such a positive and memorable purchase!

I had to take my 2024 Blazer EV in for the charging door, not wanting to open when you needed it, too?and opening itself when you didn't need it. This was the 2nd visit to the service department since I bought Blaze, as I call him. The dealership has been very responsive and has taken care of my vehicle. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. This is the 2nd new vehicle that I have purchased from this dealer.
2011 Lincoln MKS review
I just purchased this car in year 2023 with only 70,000 KM’s on it and at 12 years old the car is still incredible. Amazing interior and the most comfortable seating you will ever sit in. The technology still suits my needs and Bluetooth phone and music works great. There is even ambient lighting settings for the car with different Colours to choose from. Very powerful V6 Eco boost engine. As others have said this feels like a high end SUV when inside. If you have a chance to buy one of these cars in good condition you definitely should.

Can’t believe Ford stopped building, First is higher than other sedans. It is a hot rod with the larger engine, family car, etc. Has great passing power with very good fuel economy. Massaging seats are wonderful plus heat and cold with back seat heaters. The adjustable suspension was the deal maker for me. It also has the camera, parking assist on , and on! Keeping this car forever!

The dealership was welcoming and prepared to make a deal for the car we wanted. Following a test drive, we sat down to negotiate and came up with our best deal. The sales staff was friendly and did a nice job of completing our paperwork in a timely way so we could make this a "once and done" event.
2014 Lincoln MKS review
2014 Great car. Power, handling, comfort, except: Every bump or hole in a road results in a BANG! . Seems like every wheel the same. Like there are no shocks. (There are, I checked.}Has 48,000 on it. When I bought it, the dealer had low pressure on the tires, I suspect to ride smoother. I ran the pressure to recommended and it handles much better (road feel) but the BANG is even more pronounced. Push down (rock) on the fenders and the shocks seem ok, ?? My 2007 F150 rides better, quieter. Help !

Muy contento con mi compra y con la ayuda de Martin Lara me voy muy feliz y volveré pronto por otro vehículo para mi familia
2014 Lincoln MKS review
This is one of the last great big American Sedans. The MKS is a solid and well-built vehicle that has been 100% reliable during the entire six years I have owned it. Its shear size means it has a road-dominating feel at all times behind the wheel. The comfort level is something that is unmatched at this price point and there are many luxury features included as standard. I wish automakers would continue to innovate and invest in big, tall sedans, but as it stands, this is one of the last great ones around.

Salem Ford review
I’ve now bought two cars at Salem Ford. They are a class act. Both times the salesperson was top notch, most recently Mike “Salty” Saltman. The GM Armando Rodrigues was especially kind as well. I knew him as a youth playing baseball and basketball with my boys. What a fine and accomplished person he has become Will do business here forever
2015 Lincoln MKS review

New Concept IncReviews
New Concept Inc review
The purchase of a used 2016 Hyundai Elantra I made at New Concept, Inc.. in Norristown,Pa, was a very pleasant experience. The manager, Nick was very professional and expedient in pushing the paperwork through to get me my vehicle's Title and Registration to me. He was very thorough and patient in answering all questions I had for him about the vehicle. So glad I decided to go to New Concept.Inc. for my used car purchase and will certainly return for my next vehicle purchase for my 15 yr, old grandson who is a couple of years will be driving

Victor provided all info before hand so I could make my decision on a long trip. Once I got to test the car and accepted its condition, Beyza and the team were great facilitate the buysell. It was a very transparent deal. The next steps in buying a car from out of state were done very good and trustworthy. I recommend this business.
2016 Lincoln MKS review
Purchased a low mileage Certified 2016 Lincoln MKS. I love the ride, smooth and as quiet as my last 2 Buick Lucerns. Very high quality inside and has options that I am thrilled with. I am very pleased with this car as I conducted an exhaustive search for just the right one, within budget and something I'm proud of. Many compliments form coworkers. Never owned a Lincoln before so this experience is new and I look forward to the famous Lincoln service.

Handles well. Good in snow and in climbing up our rather steep driveway when snow covered. The best car that we have ever owned by far.

Just hope it doesn't need a water pump because it's gonna cost you around $3500 to $4000. Everything else is great about the car though I wish it didn't have an internal water pump.

Brian was pleasant, not what I was expecting. The whole process was fine. I did not buy a car off of the lot, but if the right one showed up I would consider it.
2010 Lincoln MKS review
What can I say about the MKS, personally I drive a lot of miles for work (Chrysler) I started looking at sedans and fell in love with mks. Leg room is amazing and gas mileage is great for what I need it to do, I drive a lot of highway miles and tend to hate the sun so the retractable window shades have helped out a lot!
