i purchased my Cadillac Escalade from Pepe Motors this year. The price and trade in value was better than any other company. Besides this point, they had the vehicle for me that I wanted. This vehicle not only performs better than any other SUV that I have own, it has all the updated features, technology and style than every other SUV in the market. While I have been a Mercedes owner for the past forty-five years, Cadillac simply has a better SUV that was give me pleasure for many years.

I took my car in for service with Mikell, he’s was my service advisor . My car was serviced at the appointment time and it was done very fast. Vera is the place to go for service, everyone here is very friendly and helpful ! I love this place! Thank you Vera !!!

Test drove several models and found that the Platinum Luxury model was fitting for me since I didn't like the sport models all blacked out. The 2023 model is very classy looking yet gives you the presidential feel from the inside. Worth the money to see it turns heads!

I brought the car in and it immediately was placed in line. Mateo Orosco was very helpful. As a general comment, I wish I had a better comprehensive explanation of what happened to the part to be replaced. I am still not sure if it was a problem from the manufacturer or from incidents that took place while driving. It is concerning that a manufacturing defect was not covered by the company. In general, I am relieved that the problem has been taken care of and that the service was effective and professional.

I have purchased 2 Bentley Bentaygas. New 2018 and recenty a certified 2019 Bentagayga. The experience was great, not just saying that either. To begin with my daughter experienced, her sale associate Was Mr Joe he was very helpful and had a lot of patience with her during the process of her getting her dream vehicle , he never fail to answer any of her questions , he was always available and ready to help her with anything she needed in order for her to purchase her dream vehicle .the staff were very nice the environment was very clean and you just felt comfortable and welcomed by everyone there .From my daughter and I would say Mr Joe is the best and we thank you for the help .

I went in for service on a issue that my service rep Barbara was determined to fix replace and make this car perfect. The entire service department makes you feel like friends. They just make taking your car in for service a joy. Not only did they fix the issue which turned out to be minimum, but the carwash machine was out of order I believe they were doing some maintenance and upkeep on the system. But my rep with the car wash team went the extra mile and hand washed and dried my car for me. It really makes you feel special and that you are a friend and not just some one with a problem. I don't write reviews, but I feel I had to for this one. Was a bit nervous and not sure how it was going to go, but Enrique and Andrew made it all seem like I was worrying for nothing lol. The whole experience was great, professional and the atmosphere was very laid back. Thank you guys for going above and beyond for me, will definitely recommend Ocean Cadillac to my friends and family. Took my dad for a ride and he loves my new car. both salespeople were very friendly, helpful and not pushy at all. THey were respectful of my time and my upper limit. I actually increased my upper limit and bought the vehicle because they didn't try any hard sell on me. I will be back for sure.

While the initial reason for my visit was trying due to seizing a motor in such a new vehicle the service staff was incredible. My service advisor Kelvyn was a standout and exceptional. He kept me apprised every step of the way and due to my unique situation he was instrumental getting me back on the road. As a business owner myself, I'd love a few more Kelvyn's on my staff!!
