The service I had at Royal Cadillac was beyond what I expected. They made up for the mistakes that parts department made. Rather than have me drive all the way back to Tucson, which is an hour and a half from me, they brought the service man to me. Terry was wonderful. He was even able to get my garage opener programmed in my car. I was so thankful.Erin, I’m sure I misspelling his name, on the day All my problems started was patient kind and thoughtful. Jim, The service manager is another one that went beyond requirements. Royal Cadillac is the second Cadillac Dealer I’ve had to deal with. They so deserve five stars +10. The best Service Consultant DONALD A.PETERSON JR. kept me in the loop about my car, listen to my concerns since my car is a “show car” and he gave me the respect I deserved, even though I was a woman. A lot of times when we go to car dealerships, they assume we’re dumb and we have no idea what we’re doing when a lot of us do and a lot of us work on our own cars, like myself. So I know what I’m talking about and Donald was very respectful of that.
