The service I had at Royal Cadillac was beyond what I expected. They made up for the mistakes that parts department made. Rather than have me drive all the way back to Tucson, which is an hour and a half from me, they brought the service man to me. Terry was wonderful. He didn’t try and scam me out of anything I didn’t need and was very gentle and caring when it came to how I felt as a customer.
