New and used 2025 Cadillac Escalade for sale near Forest Park, IL

I am writting a review fir Services on my vehicle on 11/19/2024 and 11/14/2024.There was an error in the evaluation and I am giving them a 5 star for a job well done.

I live in Barrington and there?s a Cadillac dealer downtown. My service and experience at Motorwerks in Barrington has been disappointing so I Travel to Napleton Cadillac in Libertyville. The drive is worth the service

I was actually looking to purchase another car, but ended up seeing another Cadillac to my liking. Aaron, Bennett, and Sherrie made my simple deal even more easy with their outstanding customer service. Treated me like family and we even watched the Kentucky Derby together after the deal was done. He was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and treated us with the utmost respect. Chris never tried to overcharge us. Bert Dutcher was awesome as well!! Bert was upfront about everything and never once did he try to convince us to use their financing. Bert was professional, kind, personal and patient.
