Rich wax my salesman. Very nice and to the point. Didn’t waste my time, didn’t haggle, worked with me to get a good price. Car was ready to go after I called to make an appointment. Everyone was helpful. Car was cleaned when I came to pick it up. Everything went quick and easy.

After going to into a few other Cadillac dealerships I finally went to Sarant Cadillac. I felt welcomed immediately. I sat with Jim Rap and I knew I didn't need to go anywhere else. Just pick up our 3rd car from Cad. of Mahwah. As usual no surprises, I am quite happy. My new sales person Ashly really knows her Cadillacs she answered all our questions about the options in a way to easily understand. And also thanks to Paul for all his help and directing me to Ashley.
