I am a proud owner of a 2024 Cadillac Lyriq which I picked up a week ago. It took a while to finally get this new model but it was worth the wait. It is a wonderful car. From the beginning of the sales process Dave Mandra was an enormous help in working with me on the order, updating me on the order process over a number of months an assuring me that the Lyriq would be an exception EV. He was right. Dave and his collegues at Gold Coast are great to work with. I have bought or leased some 10 cars at Gold Coast and have always been happy with the experience and the following service at the dealership.

I purchased a used 2021 model Sport and after being very impressed sold it in order to get a 2022 Sport with Super Cruise, which I absolutely love. I love all of the new technology, with the exception of Apple Car Play. I had a 2016 prior to this generation and was surprised that the gas mileage is actually better on the newer one. The ride is the best ever.

Test drove several models and found that the Platinum Luxury model was fitting for me since I didn't like the sport models all blacked out. The 2023 model is very classy looking yet gives you the presidential feel from the inside. Worth the money to see it turns heads!

I am shocked with all these negative reviews. I"ve had mine 3 years and no issues. Kids love it, it's got so much room it's ruined other cars for me. This car gives you everything and more than a Range Rover offers, I know this for a fact because my Fiance drives one. Great functional car.

Overall very good experience dealing with Lester Glenn GMC/Buick. 1st time leasing a small SUV I've always had cars. Getting used to it, A special shout out to Gregg Harris & Donna McGlockin /Lester Glenn,Toms River they made the whole process quick & easy & answered all our questions. The maintenance was added to the deal and that sold us. When I took the car home I noticed a small mark on the spoiler I went back in to have them look at it & he had the car detailed for me & when I went in to pick up my plates I asked Gregg to look into something for me & he kept his word and called me back as soon as he got the answer the next day. I very much appreciated that. They made my car buying experience a good one & made sure I was happy. That will make me want to come back in 3 years at the end of my lease. I can't say enough good things about this dealership's salesman. I stopped in for information and left leasing a brand new 2024 car! Jason Wysowata was wonderful, no pressure, knowledgeable and so easy to deal with. I would highly recommend this dealership and ask for Jason if you are deciding on a vehicle.

Things I love: SuperCruise, quiet ride, independent suspension, other innovative tech features. Cadillac is ahead of most Euro brands and all American brands when it comes to the technology they have put in this vehicle. Really eager to see how UltraCruise works and I hope it can update 2022 models. Things I don't love: Low power compared to Euro brand large SUVs. Interior is close but not quite as nice as the higher level Range Rover and Mercedes SUVs. The new model is actually slower 0-60 and through the slalom than the last model that ended in 2020. The list of constrained items seems odd. Monochrome badges? Not many semiconductors in those I don't think. Other items too that are more understandable, but I would have liked some notice and the opportunity to wait for them. Instead, the car just shows up with whatever they had in stock that day. The window sticker is like a scratch-off. What features did I win??? Things I absolutely hate: Why put radio controls on the steering wheel if I can't use them while driving? Why not use that space for something that I can use while driving like VIRTUALLY EVERY OTHER MENU in the infotainment system? Isn't that the point of putting something on the wheel? Climate control perhaps, which I have to look farther down and take my hands off the wheel to adjust anyway. Why disallow me from selecting a song while driving in the first place, either on the wheel or the main display? What's my option, remove my hands from the wheel and pick up my phone and look at it while driving? Unbelievably poor "safety" decision there, GM, assuming people will just accept the restrictions and completely failing to understand human nature. Every person who causes an accident from looking at his or her phone because they couldn't pick a song from the display or the steering wheel while driving in one of these cars is now kinda on your watch. Every car I've had since 2007 has allowed me to select songs and navigate music while driving, including my 2016 Escalade, all from the steering wheel, where I don't have to look down too far and can keep the road in my vision, and KEEP MY HANDS ON THE WHEEL. Do better. In fact, remove this ridiculous unsafe restriction in a firmware update and make your existing cars like every other manufacturer out there. Oh, and don't blame Apple CarPlay. I don't use it, don't have it turned on, have it locked on my phone, and I connect straight to the car with Bluetooth. It's not them, it's you. (And using Apple CarPlay doesn't allow that function either, so I can't get around the restriction by engaging it.)

Best experience I've ever had with a dealership service department! Michelle and Jack picked up my car and returned it to me!! Friendly, clean, pleasant and competent. So rare these days. I would recommend them highly, especially over Freehold Buick. Freehold Buick tried to rip me off on several occasions. They lied to me and were disrespectful. I'll never go back to Freehold Buick, but look forward to working with Jim Curley Buick of Keyport in the future. Thanks so much.

I love my Escalade! It is my Dream car, I had it for almost 3 months. It's fantastic. It has every technology you can ask for. Not great on gas, but truly a great car!

I was purchasing a preowned certified RS five Cameron was incredibly knowledgeable, not pushy but as excited about the car as I was in a genuine fashion I would definitely buy my next car from Audi Eatontown. I say that given the fact that I’ve have four Audis.

I was going to update my Ford escape to Lexus. Salesman Derek Massio, was helping me get a good deal. He was answering my questions and I going few times for testing out and checking the car. They offered me to purchase extra warranty and protection, but it’s optional. Overall have a good experience with the dealer. Before I go there I have a text message and email. i purchased my Cadillac Escalade from Pepe Motors this year. The price and trade in value was better than any other company. Besides this point, they had the vehicle for me that I wanted. This vehicle not only performs better than any other SUV that I have own, it has all the updated features, technology and style than every other SUV in the market. While I have been a Mercedes owner for the past forty-five years, Cadillac simply has a better SUV that was give me pleasure for many years.

I have owned Mercedes GLS, Lincoln Navigator, Infiniti QX80, and now Escalade ESV. The Escalade has been my favorite. I now have 120,000 miles on it and have only had to replace shocks. Electronics work beautifully, it is unbelievably comfortable, and there is nothing like the looks of an Escalade! My only complaint is the well-known 1st to 2nd gear occasional kick from the transmission. Dealer has looked at it multiple times (flushed & reprogrammed) with not much luck. 2WD most of the time and throw it into Auto 4WD when Ohio winters hit and this thing eats snow and grabs the road like you wouldn’t believe. Have never even switched it to 4High or 4Lo. Well done, Cadillac!

Dillon the sales manager was great. The car a 69 corvette was just as described. I purchased it sight unseen and have no regrets. If you are hesitant about buying an " internet car" buy from Brian's Auto Center in New Jersey. I can't say enough good things. The deal was handled quick and professional. The car was delivered for a reasonable price. I will buy from them again.
