I purchased a used 2021 model Sport and after being very impressed sold it in order to get a 2022 Sport with Super Cruise, which I absolutely love. I love all of the new technology, with the exception of Apple Car Play. I had a 2016 prior to this generation and was surprised that the gas mileage is actually better on the newer one. The ride is the best ever.

Test drove several models and found that the Platinum Luxury model was fitting for me since I didn't like the sport models all blacked out. The 2023 model is very classy looking yet gives you the presidential feel from the inside. Worth the money to see it turns heads!

I was going to update my Ford escape to Lexus. Salesman Derek Massio, was helping me get a good deal. He was answering my questions and I going few times for testing out and checking the car. They offered me to purchase extra warranty and protection, but it’s optional. Overall have a good experience with the dealer. Before I go there I have a text message and email. Had the pleasure of working with Nick at CarNu Sales earlier this month on a 2000 triple black Corvette, six-speed manual, well optioned and extremely well maintained by 2 previous owners. Nick was a stand-up guy in every respect. After a test drive, I submitted a short list of items needing attention, which Nick took care of without delay - all items were satisfactorily resolved. Couldn't have asked for a better buying experience. They don't have a mechanic on staff but he took it a nearby Chevy dealer for a pre-buy inspection, which came back without issues. It's easy to see why there are so many positive reviews for CarNu; from my perspective, they very quietly attend to customer satisfaction and do everything they said they would do - can't ask for a better purchasing experience. I live in NJ and Nick handled all temporary title & registration requirements very professionally. If there's a car you're interested in at CarNu, do yourself a favor and go talk with them. They're totally fair, honest, and respectful.

I have owned Mercedes GLS, Lincoln Navigator, Infiniti QX80, and now Escalade ESV. The Escalade has been my favorite. I now have 120,000 miles on it and have only had to replace shocks. Electronics work beautifully, it is unbelievably comfortable, and there is nothing like the looks of an Escalade! My only complaint is the well-known 1st to 2nd gear occasional kick from the transmission. Dealer has looked at it multiple times (flushed & reprogrammed) with not much luck. 2WD most of the time and throw it into Auto 4WD when Ohio winters hit and this thing eats snow and grabs the road like you wouldn’t believe. Have never even switched it to 4High or 4Lo. Well done, Cadillac!

Super comfortable, easy to park, and second row bucket seats are a must for easy access. The paint is premium white. Rear seats remove easily.

Overall, happy with the service. Would have been 5 stars, however, my only complaint was the Parts Dept wouldn't match the discounted cost for 4 TPMS sensors. Originally they were charging $135 per sensor, while Chevrolet's website price was under $107 per sensor, which they did match. However, the online purchase was discounted by 20%, which would reduce the price per sensor to less than $87 each but they wouldn't match that price even though it said to pick them up at Burlington Chevrolet.

i purchased my Cadillac Escalade from Pepe Motors this year. The price and trade in value was better than any other company. Besides this point, they had the vehicle for me that I wanted. This vehicle not only performs better than any other SUV that I have own, it has all the updated features, technology and style than every other SUV in the market. While I have been a Mercedes owner for the past forty-five years, Cadillac simply has a better SUV that was give me pleasure for many years.

I am shocked with all these negative reviews. I"ve had mine 3 years and no issues. Kids love it, it's got so much room it's ruined other cars for me. This car gives you everything and more than a Range Rover offers, I know this for a fact because my Fiance drives one. Great functional car.

Bought a Grand Cherokee, and as a bonus they checked the child seats’ ISOFIX mounts “on the spot.” I didn’t even ask, but they did it. Shows care.

Things I love: SuperCruise, quiet ride, independent suspension, other innovative tech features. Cadillac is ahead of most Euro brands and all American brands when it comes to the technology they have put in this vehicle. Really eager to see how UltraCruise works and I hope it can update 2022 models. Things I don't love: Low power compared to Euro brand large SUVs. Interior is close but not quite as nice as the higher level Range Rover and Mercedes SUVs. The new model is actually slower 0-60 and through the slalom than the last model that ended in 2020. The list of constrained items seems odd. Monochrome badges? Not many semiconductors in those I don't think. Other items too that are more understandable, but I would have liked some notice and the opportunity to wait for them. Instead, the car just shows up with whatever they had in stock that day. The window sticker is like a scratch-off. What features did I win??? Things I absolutely hate: Why put radio controls on the steering wheel if I can't use them while driving? Why not use that space for something that I can use while driving like VIRTUALLY EVERY OTHER MENU in the infotainment system? Isn't that the point of putting something on the wheel? Climate control perhaps, which I have to look farther down and take my hands off the wheel to adjust anyway. Why disallow me from selecting a song while driving in the first place, either on the wheel or the main display? What's my option, remove my hands from the wheel and pick up my phone and look at it while driving? Unbelievably poor "safety" decision there, GM, assuming people will just accept the restrictions and completely failing to understand human nature. Every person who causes an accident from looking at his or her phone because they couldn't pick a song from the display or the steering wheel while driving in one of these cars is now kinda on your watch. Every car I've had since 2007 has allowed me to select songs and navigate music while driving, including my 2016 Escalade, all from the steering wheel, where I don't have to look down too far and can keep the road in my vision, and KEEP MY HANDS ON THE WHEEL. Do better. In fact, remove this ridiculous unsafe restriction in a firmware update and make your existing cars like every other manufacturer out there. Oh, and don't blame Apple CarPlay. I don't use it, don't have it turned on, have it locked on my phone, and I connect straight to the car with Bluetooth. It's not them, it's you. (And using Apple CarPlay doesn't allow that function either, so I can't get around the restriction by engaging it.)
