AMAZING VEHICLE!
AMAZING VEHICLE! I have owned Escalades since 2008. This is the VERY BEST one yet! I don't know how they can keep improving this vehicle, but somehow, they do! I have the "V" model with the supercharged V8! OH, the excitement of cranking it is like CHRISTMAS MORNING! Not to mention, the handling! The Brembro brakes are incredibly responsive, and the suspension is incredible. The way it feels when you drive it is like no other luxury car. It feels so smooth, so substantial and it holds the road with precision! As a mama of 3 children and 2 fur babies with a love of sports cars, I THANK the Cadillac engineers from the VERY BOTTOM of my heart! And, I thank my husband of 30 years for buying this for me! I do NOT deserve ANYTHING this nice!!

I called the main number to schedule an appointment.
I called the main number to schedule an appointment. I spoke with Brooke ( the AI) assistance. She asked couple of questions and offered an appointment for one hour later, same day. I was surprised!! Normally I get an appointment for a week later. I was happy I could take care of it right away. I had a delicious hot chocolate drink from their machine and delicious toppings (which I tried all- no sugars for a month ????). I was comfy watching tv with my hot chocolate when I got a text one hour later .. fast and amazing. My service advisor was Mauricio Alquezada. He was very professional and respectful.
