If it were not for Mr. Orlando Tilian, I would probably be taking my car to Bremen Cadillac for service. He is the most confident thorough concerned individual I’ve ever dealt with. He should certainly be promoted to a higher level than he is currently more of the staff should be like him And Cadillac would perform better than it’s currently doing

I live in Utah but recently bought an Escalade from Halladay Cadillac in Cheyenne and honestly, I was just super impressed with everyone. You can tell these guys know how to treat people right and run a solid, honest dealership. They picked me up at the Denver airport and drove me up to Cheyenne. After the sale, on my way home I noticed that the USB and HDMI ports in the vehicle did not work. It was unexpected, but the way they handled it really meant a lot. The repair wasn't cheap but they didn’t make excuses, they just took care of it and made things right. That kind of service is rare, and it meant a lot. It was clear they stood behind what they sold, and that goes a long way. I’d absolutely buy from them again and recommend them to anyone who wants to work with good people who actually care about doing the right thing. Special thanks to Bryon the salesman who was super helpful and never pushy and John the sales manager who was a pleasure to work with in getting the issue resolved after the purchase and Shawn Smith the GM for standing behind the sale and being willing to take care of it. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

The team here is second to none! The service is stellar across the board. I have NEVER had such a pleasant experience when buying a vehicle. IThey truly do treat you more like a family friend than a bag of money. The personal aspect is what makes me smile when I think of this team. My Cadillac had started make an odd sound. Koby told me they would need it for a couple of days. He kept me updated on what was found the cost of fixing it (if I wanted to). He was a great person to deal with.

Me and my husband just purchases our GMC Yukon with the wonderful assistance of Don Figgs !! Oh my lord how do I express not only what a great salesman this guy waa but just overall great individual i hot the pleasure to meet and work with. They treat you like family there, as soon as Gina met me for the first time after talking to me on the phone she ran up and gave me the best welcoming hug! Huge shout out to Mike Pecha for going above and beyond in every step of buying and taking ownership of my new Escalade, from staying late because of flight delays, to calling a nearby hotel and getting the best rate possible on a room. I literally have nothing negative to say, it was 2200 miles away to purchase a vehicle from them and I would definitely not blink an eye at doing it again because of the team there. Myron was a pleasure to work with on the purchase a used inventory SUV. Realizing we would be driving a distance to test drive the vehicle, he thoroughly answered my questions on the phone, double checked the car for certain features I wanted, and even filmed a video of the car to further clarify details. We would not hesitate to use this dealership and this salesperson on future purchases.

Everything went perfectly. From arrival to departure. I ordered a new Key FOB from the Parts Department, they called when it had arrived, made a WEB appointment, all very easy. I was greeted promptly and taken care of by very friendly people. When the job was done, I was helped to use my reward paints toward payment. The job was completed much faster than I had expected.
