Drove around 45 miles to pick up our new SUV. They had the best deals and even had the car PA inspected and full tank of gas. I’ve had Mercs and Beemers and never had this type of service. Very pleased and will definitely deal with again if picking up another Land Rover.

Bruce Blake without a doubt is the best and most honest, straight forward car dealer that we have ever met. There is no beating around the bush with Bruce. He is as honest as the day is long, and has always been there for my partner and I. We have known Bruce for years, and feel like he is a good friend. Bruce makes people feel special, and that's what living is all about. He is not just looking for a quick car deal to make that commission for himself. He truly wants to help the customer find the best deal for their money, not to mention the most comfortable car for the buyer. Bruce will not attempt to talk you into something else, which I truly find appealing for a car dealer. Most of the other dealers that I have dealt with act like the buyer is stupid, and try to get over on them to get more money. Not Bruce... As far as the amenities you receive with a Kia Optima, this car provides you with the most bang for your buck hands down. Extremely satisfied so far.
Just just bought me a Honda Civic type-R online. James, one of the sales managers was straight forward. Gene picked me up at the bus station. The whole transaction took only about an hour. Great price, great service, fastest car transaction ever. Highly recommend.

We landed at Martin Honda due to unexpected car trouble on 95-South during our trek from South Jersey to Alexandria, VA. Fortunately, Kyle's assistance with getting my car repaired and safe to drive again made a bad situation much easier to swallow. He was professional, courteous, and made every effort to keep me in loop on the status of the repair. He even went above and beyond in helping to work with my insurance company regarding coverage and faster timelines. The cherry on top was his willingness to help provide complimentary transportation once I was able to get back to the Newark area, saving myself and my mom a lot of travel and headache. If it weren't for Kyle's exceptional customer service and knowledge, this unexpected situation could have been much, much worse. Can't thank them enough!

This is the most recent in a long line of Honda purchases since 1992. It's been very reliable like all of them and is the absolute best in the snow of any that I have owned, even without snow tires. The Vehicle Stability Assist is fantastic. It has plenty of pep for CT hills, even in Econ mode which I run all the time. I get 38-40 mpg all summer long and am 34-35 in the cold months. The "magic" folding back seats are incredibly useful for transporting all kinds of things, long and tall. This is my second Fit, I had a 2008 previously. My first Honda not made in Japan which I was very apprehensive about however I've had no problems at all in 14 months/12,000 miles.
Martin Honda's service department is both professional and courteous. They have been servicing my vehicles ever since my family and I moved to DE in 2013. I am particularly fond of John Bosch. He is a friendly, knowledgeable, and an informative service specialist. Excellent service! Thanks!

So reliable, so comfortable. I briefly switched from a CR-V to a Chevy Equinox and IMMEDIATELY traded it in for another CR-V. This car looks great, drives well, and makes me feel safe and comfortable on the road. No issues. Before the 2013 I drove a 1997 CR-V for well over 15 years. Very trustworthy, low maintenance vehicles.

I previously owned the 2011 Sorento. Loved it so much, that I put 175,000 miles on it. I upgraded to the 2019 Sorento. Love the heated seats, dual climate control, the 3rd row will be nice when I have a car full of people, and I love the backup camera.
After searching several dealerships trying to make the right decision for our college graduate. Martin Honda was the best fit. They took the time to find exactly what we requested in a vehicle and had patience throughout the entire process. Walt, Chris, Julian, Betty, Marty and Michael Pijuan were absolutely awesome. Old technology and outdated

Not a sturdy car, outdated in technology. Too much plastic inside and outside. Sports grill looks good but very delicate. Lexus must update this car. Doesn’t have the comforts for the driver or passenger.
Within six months the same exact serive cost jumped from $1600 to $2300, a 43% increase. This will deter me from buying another Audi. Bill was very nice to give me a $300 discount, otherwise it would have been 62% increase! Audi needs to seriously review their service costs policy in order to retain loyalty customers and attract new ones.

I bought a 2016 A3 convertible premium plus package. While it is very stylish and pretty car. Inside there is no voice activation and Siri on apple phones gets shut off every time phone syncs to car . Also no power seats. It was A pricey car for the little options you get. Performance and style are the two big winners with this car.
I had a problem with my Toyota RAV 4 LE 2018 hybrid. Frustrated with the dealership, I called Lexus of Chester Springs and spoke with Michelle. I was online and, together we discussed the car I picked out. We made the down-payment via credit card that day and, working with Alvan and Michael, I was able to close on the car the next day. They took care of my problem Toyota and I drove off with a beautiful car and an extremely pleasant sales purchase experience. This was an extraordinary event for me but they made it seem as if it's what they do every day. Before the Toyota, we had Lexus from this dealership, so I knew I would be treated well. I never expected this over-the-top treatment and I will never again try another car or another dealership. Lexus of Chester Springs, thank you!

Great performance and enjoyable driving sedan. Lexus has definitely got it right. I have owned several Lexus sedans and this is my favorite from the stand point of affordability, performance, and space for all our needs.
I took my car to the dealership for the Takata airbag recall and an oil change and I was very pleased with how quick the process was. My car was finished in three hours. Everyone I talked to was friendly and made the process simple and easy.

Very noisy on road and not enough leg room.
Quite surprised that this type of vehicle is so nosy on road (after the second set of tires) and that legroom is insufficient.
From the moment I walked into the dealership I was greeted with a friendly welcome and excellent customer service. The dealership was impeccable and the knowledge of staff was amazing. When Garrett did an overview of my new car he was extremely helpful. I look forward to doing business there again!

Vehicle performance is amazing. The interior layout is horrible. The small turning angle in the city was a small problem at first but easy to adapt.
i had an awful experience from a different dealership. After bringing my vehicle to Lexus of Chester springs and working with a Steve V, my mindset about dealerships in general was turned completely around. Steve went above and beyond to make sure I had a positive experience and that everything was taken care of the right way. This dealership has integrity which is hard to come by these days. Aubrey was an incredibly professional and honest salesman. The best car buying experience ever. I ordered a white 2019 X3 and when it was already 3 weeks into production I decided I wanted to change the color to black. The dealership said no problem as we will put it in the showroom and we will sell it anyway. Next my car came in with the right color but incorrect trim. Again they stood behind their mistake and said no problem. They ordered me in a fresh vehicle and I received it within 3 weeks. My old car had depreciated in the process however both Mark K. my salesman and Nick D. the sales manager stood behind their word and worked everything out, gave me the same trade-in value and made sure they stood by the numbers originally quoted! They made the whole buying process extremely easy and their BMW genius Safe is amazing as well and spent a lot of time with me going over the vehicle. I am in love with my new car and will be purchasing many more BMW's in my future and I will never look elsewhere!
