I had an absolutely amazing experience with Leor Zvi, my sales consultant, and Ulisis, the manager. I walked in off the street, explained what I was looking for, and let them work a deal out that was MORE than I asked for. Leor even saw that the car I thought I wanted wasn't going to make me happy long term, found another in inventory offsite, went and got it and it was EXACTLY the car!!! Color, features, everything!!!!!! My birthday weekend - and new car experience was complete when Leor arranged for e-sign, then delivered the car to me, bow and all, an hour after signing. It felt like my sales associate was not worried about how much he can make from this deal but rather make me happy with the car that I wanted and for that reason I felt at home. I live in Tampa Florida and drove 5hrs to a better Cadillac dealership and yes I bought an overpriced car from Tampa Cadillac fletcher and I will never go back nor recommend anyone to shop there!

Did all my negotiations with the Internet Sales Team, of course it's a back and forth, there main concern is to get you into the dealwership. We aggred on an out the door price and met with Sales Associates Justin Smith to appraise the trade in and do the paperwork. It all went pretty smoothly, got there at 10:45Am and was out by 1PM (I did not finance). No hidden surprises, and that's what I greatly appreciate.

Routine service is taking too long. I had a appointment. I had a sit/wait but took 2+ hours for an oil change , tire rotation and wash. I don't think it's a good strategy to offer to skip a part of the service (Wash) to get out earlier.

It is a pleasure to bring my car there. They know exactly what they are doing even though it took 4 days to figure out what the problem was. It got fixed! Keep up the good work!

I went in for service on a issue that my service rep Barbara was determined to fix replace and make this car perfect. The entire service department makes you feel like friends. They just make taking your car in for service a joy. Not only did they fix the issue which turned out to be minimum, but the carwash machine was out of order I believe they were doing some maintenance and upkeep on the system. But my rep with the car wash team went the extra mile and hand washed and dried my car for me. It really makes you feel special and that you are a friend and not just some one with a problem.
