I had an absolutely amazing experience with Leor Zvi, my sales consultant, and Ulisis, the manager. I walked in off the street, explained what I was looking for, and let them work a deal out that was MORE than I asked for. Leor even saw that the car I thought I wanted wasn't going to make me happy long term, found another in inventory offsite, went and got it and it was EXACTLY the car!!! Color, features, everything!!!!!! My birthday weekend - and new car experience was complete when Leor arranged for e-sign, then delivered the car to me, bow and all, an hour after signing. My wife and I could not have been more pleased to do business with Ocean Cadillac and especially our salesman Jonathon. The attention to every detail, the willingness to please his customer and the preparation of the car for delivery were above and beyond our high expectations. We purchased a previously owned Escalade and it is near impossible to tell that this car was ever driven. The care and attention provided by Jonathon and the staff at Ocean Cadillac was incredible. I don't write reviews, but I feel I had to for this one. Was a bit nervous and not sure how it was going to go, but Enrique and Andrew made it all seem like I was worrying for nothing lol. The whole experience was great, professional and the atmosphere was very laid back. Thank you guys for going above and beyond for me, will definitely recommend Ocean Cadillac to my friends and family. Took my dad for a ride and he loves my new car. If it were not for Mr. Orlando Tilian, I would probably be taking my car to Bremen Cadillac for service. He is the most confident thorough concerned individual I’ve ever dealt with. He should certainly be promoted to a higher level than he is currently more of the staff should be like him And Cadillac would perform better than it’s currently doing

It felt like my sales associate was not worried about how much he can make from this deal but rather make me happy with the car that I wanted and for that reason I felt at home. I live in Tampa Florida and drove 5hrs to a better Cadillac dealership and yes I bought an overpriced car from Tampa Cadillac fletcher and I will never go back nor recommend anyone to shop there!

Everyone was very professional and courteous..The job was done perfectly, and everyone involved were excellent in their job!!

Routine service is taking too long. I had a appointment. I had a sit/wait but took 2+ hours for an oil change , tire rotation and wash. I don't think it's a good strategy to offer to skip a part of the service (Wash) to get out earlier.

Our salesman, Cory Baker, made the process stress free and pleasant. He is probably the best salesman we've ever dealt with.
