Great, I had a bad battery and my car needed an oil change. They checked the battery. It was BAD. They changed the oil and checked critical items. Car was quickly ready. I asked if I could pick it up the next day and they said no problem. All the people interacted with were all pleasant and professional. The car is in my wife?s name but I dealt with the service team.

Having owned 1 srx and 2 xt5. Now an xt4, I think it is the most appealing. My loaded sport has all the luxury and safety features. I drive it in sport for kicks, and 2wd for economy. If you don't need cargo space but like the xt5, go for it! Enjoy!

Happy with a Cadillac XT4😃
We wanted to downsize from a 2020 Buick Encore . . . so we did! As a GM customer for 50 years, we leaned towards an Envision, but were turned off by its foreign origin. Although, I was aware of the somewhat mediocre reviews of the '23 XT4, we drove the '24 and found it much improved. Quiet, comfortable, stylish with a unique infotainment system and very peppy with the 2.0 Turbo. We are very happy with this crossover, especially since it's been getting great mileage (30+mpg).
