We discussed with friends a solid American vehicle to serve as a daily driver and saw good bones with the distinctive exterior/interior design and technologically advanced XT4 Sport (20” wheels). The 2.0-liter turbocharged engine handles everyday driving and quick passing maneuvers without issue. The 9-speed automatic transmission is generally smooth but does seek the perfect gear, particularly in low-speed traffic. For many, the OEM setup may be just fine, however, we opted to “refine” a few of the Luxury & Sport options that the original owner passed on (we're the 2nd owners) and now enjoy climbing into the cockpit of this daily transporter! Anytime I call and let them know that there’s a problem with my vehicle I bring it in and they take care of it. Found out yesterday that there’s something wrong with my transmission. Thank God for their warranties. I have a special needs son and I need a bigger vehicle and because of them I have that bigger vehicle.

The ride is the best ride I ever had I have had many Cadillacs and the comfort is amazing little pricey but well worth it.

After having an oil and filter change, we noticed a swishing sound. My husband pulled the air cleaner and discovered that some 'tabs' were not place properly. He fixed the problem and the swishing sound diminished. Not a big deal, but it would be nice if it wasn't there.

The Cadillac XT4 Is a good SUV,it just falls a little short in some categories that could make it great.A little better performance.better quaity interior pieces and some reliably issues.

Had a wonderful experience with these people. I bought a 2018 silverado while there, I even bought a box of candy bars from a young girl that was there, I shared with staff.. I love this place...Its True

I traded my 2004 cts in for the 2020 xt4. My local ORR dealer didn't have a red one, so I had to drive to Frico, TX to pick it up. Love the red color. Have to get use to all the bells and whistles. The heated stirring wheal was something I didn't expect. It's a very smart car, but has an owner who has to read the manual to learn what all that the xt4 has to offer. Having back issues, love the lumbar heated seats. Was very surprised when the bright lights came on automatically when I am driving thru a darker area. Got to get horn check because it sounds horrible like a truck instead of a smooth honk. Going from regular unleaded to premium unleaded was a money changer. Very roomy inside. Love that all doors can be unlocked automatically if you have the key close by. The cargo area is very spacious. I guess this car will take me until I die!!!!!

Greeted with several disappointments coming from an Audi. Regardless, my next vehicle will be another Cadillac or Lincoln. I my opinion the XT4 is the best looking compact suv.
