I recently purchased my second Subaru Forester from Don Miller East (Madison). I found the vehicle on-line and my questions were quickly answered by the Internet Sales Manager. The Sales Representative and Finance Manager treated me with respect and assisted in completing the deal with humor and in a hassle-free manner. The ending price was exactly as that quoted by the Internet Sales Manager - there were no hidden costs. I drove off the lot with a smile on my face and a low-cost monthly payment. The qualities of the vehicle and of the staff have made me a life-long customer.
Mike, the service shop's manager, is one of the most strait forward, honest, customer service based people I've ever come across. I came in for a simple oil change and was in and out quickly. I had questions and he had no problem taking time out of his day to help me. Thanks again!

Just bought a 2002 Mazda 626 LX. Had DJ as my salesman and he was great. He was informative about the cars he showed me and picked the perfect car for my budget and the situation I was using it for. Came and looked at a car on a saturday, filled out the paper work on monday, and drove away with it on tuesday. Gave me a good price for the car and trade in, and even agreed to give me a new radio deck for my car so i could have a aux port for no extra cost.
Best selection, best service, very friendly and courteous staff, wonderful clean showroom... went out of their way to make me happy, listen to my financial situation, was able to get me placed into a brand new vehicle for less than a used vehicle.. which was beyond amazing!! These guys are the best... I'm going back in a few months with my husband to get him a car as well.. We love love love the five stars we received all-around. Will be returning for sure.

Working with Joe, Casey and Quince was a complete joy from the minute we entered Zimbrick Nissan???s front door until we shook hands and drove away with our two new cars. Their customer service is wonderful - friendly, helpful, informative, and honest. A month After purchasing our new Maxima, we were in the market for an SUV and one of the main reasons for our choosing another Nissan automobile was due to the excellent care and service provided at Zimbrick Nissan.
I went looking at cars with the intention of buying one eventually. Don Miller East treated me so professionally and made what I thought was a deal to good to pass up. So I bought an Outback on the first visit and at the very least a few weeks before I had planned on pulling the trigger. The salesman and the sales manager were great--it was a very positive experience which does not usually describe my attitude toward car shopping.
My first visit to Zimbrick was interesting to say the least. I started out meeting a different sales person, but was left alone for a few minutes while he was working with other potential clients. While waiting I was able to talk with McKenna & hit it off with her right away. I dealt with her from then on as she was AWESOME! She answered all my questions timely working with me to get me back to the dealership a second time making my purchase. So happy with how everything worked out. Only negative, the day I picked up the car it was raining. I was hoping to have the car inside the service doors so I could thoroughly inspect the car.
Extremely professional service; visit addressed appointment for fog lamp replacement and added on oil change service. Work completed faster than expected. Waiting area very pleasant with complimentary items! Brooke Geare was attentive and thorough...Definitely 5 star service today!!
Usually, I do not enjoy the customer service I experience with this dealership. However, during my last experience, the service was amazing. I hit a deer and the shop got me in as soon as possible. The drop off was amazing. When picking my vehicle up, they were so nice. I called and told them the time I was able to pick up the car, and they moved my pick up time by 4 hours! I was so happy! Then when I picked up my car, they were all ready with the keys, and it took only 5 mins! When I went to my car, it was so beautiful! They had washed the car, and the work was amazing! It almost looked brand new! They also cleaned the inside for me! I was so happy with this experience and I hope my experiences in the future are just as good!
My sales associate, Mike Haese, was great, very helpful, and knowledgeable, made the buying process easy. The finance manager John Titley, was also very helpful. Both Mike and John stayed way past closing on a Friday night to complete the sale. I'm very grateful.
I wanted to purchase a 2017 Volt after non of the 'previous model year leftovers' were available in the Cedar Rapids, Iowa area. Our experiences with the two dealers we did visit down here were very unsatisfactory. Having lived in Madison up until a year ago I checked Bergstrom's website and found a bunch of cars available, one at a good priced based on my previous research. I talked to a woman on you (I'm afraid I don't remember her name) 800 line in Neenah and she checked and found the car on the inventory and said it was still available. I told her I would probably be there the following Monday. I called and let them know we would be there around noon. We arrived, the car was waiting for us. We did a quick test drive since I had done so with several other models and was familiar with the vehicle. We went back to do the paperwork. The only problem was it took the finance manager what seemed like several hours to get the papers together which seems like a long time since this was a cash sale and the dealership didn't seem real busy at the time. But otherwise, this was the best experience of the bunch.
When shopping for a new car I first went to Chevy Bergstrom Middleton due to location. I was unsatisfied with the service the first time I went but went back because I had made an appointment to work directly with the manager. When I went back instead of working with the manager, they had me work with the same guy I worked with initially after I specifically asked to work with someone else. The salesman didn’t know much about the cars being sold and wasn’t able to answer many questions I had. I was still set on the Chevy Equinox but personally didn’t feel comfortable buying a car from someone that wasn’t very informed about the product they were selling. So instead, I went to the Chevy Bergstrom in Madison and was approached by Alex who was able to answer all my questions and actually sell me the car. He was very informed about the product and showed me more features that I was unaware about. I felt comfortable buying from him and wanted to give this Chevy Bergstrom my business. Thank you Alex!! You are very good at your job. Give him a raise folks.
Low pressure, my sales manager d Devin Spielman was very knowledgeable and considerate. Bergstrom did not play the normal "wear you down and endless counter offer" games. They actually quoted me a sales price for a for an outright purchase and a trade in without any change in the original quote. They printed both quotes and let me take them with me so I could evaluate overnight, seemingly without fear that I wouldn't come back! I actually completed my offer and Bergstrom acceptance via email. 1 single email! I drove to the dealership and completed the deal.
My wipers stopped working during a rainstorm and I called to see if I could bring my Equinox in for repair right away. The service person scheduled me for an appointment with the next two hours due to the safety issue of no wipers on a rainy day. I was given a loaner vehicle and came back later to pick up my vehicle with wipers that were working. Thanks!
I was from out of state and did my shopping using cars.com. I am self employed and was looking for a specific car. They had the best price by far due to the no negotiation pricing structure. We did everything via email until the last day when I called. They sent me exact numbers so I could review. I drove up on a Saturday morning and left with my SUV in 1 hour. Easiest car buying I have ever had.
