Very patiently, he explained and demonstrated the many innovative features of the automobile, including turning on the On Star system and the WiFi, connecting those features with my cellphone - a complete and successful experience. He invited me to come back, anytime, if I had any further, or need, for continuing explanations, or tips to have a more pleasant driving experience. Ted Soch was equally friendly, courteous, efficient and knowledgeable in handling the financial aspects of the sale. He handled the transfer of my tag to the new car with ease. Signing the slew of necessary paperwork was made easy with his clear explanation of each document.
