Tori, Ryan and John of Metro Lexus did the unthinkable: they made buying a new car fun. I don't mean just having fun driving away in a shining new car at the end of the process. I mean the entire process, even including dealing with the paperwork and paying for the car. A special part of this was when Ryan "introduced" me to my new NX by having team members literally cheer and shout "Congratulations!" as I saw my new car for the first time. I took my car in for a oil change and a tire rotation.
I took my car in for a oil change and a tire rotation. I found out I had a oil leak from gasket. I was under warranty, so it was fixed with no additional cost. Services here are pretty high for a basic oil change but they did take care of my car. Usually, I get a free wash and vacuum but they didn't do it this time.
