I am not one to place reviews but we experienced the most impressive service from Park Place Lexus. We purchased our second Lexus before realizing it did not have some of the features our older one did. We first talked to David Barrychuck, Parts Director, at Grapevine Park Place. We hadn't even bought our car at the Grapvine location. David went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. We had a great experience with the purchase of a new Cadillac from Jeff Schmitt Cadillac. Our sales rep is Marcie and she has went above and beyond to make the buying experience fir our needs exactly. We live out of town and the buying process was quick and easy. Once we arrived, the was out front cleaned and full of gas. The finance process was quick and efficient. The entire staff were very helpful and willing to answer any questions. Marcie has followed up and checked in several times and is always going the extra mile to assist! We would recommend Marcie and Jeff Schmitt Cadillac to everyone!

My experience was very good. Gavin was a good salesperson. However, I would NEVER EVER recommend a salesperson to tell ANY customer to put down $14,000 which was incredibly obscene for a down payment on a 3 year lease. You should NEVER be that hungry for a commission. My favorite salesperson that I knew for 35 years at West Herr East Aurora would never recommend that to me. That is the trust you build with your salesperson-customer relationship. If I had to do this all over again--I definitely would NOT. It was too late to back out of this deal. Basil is known for great deals, and this was definitely NOT a great deal no matter how you spin it. I was under much pressure myself to get a new car due to previous lease expiring, tariffs coming into the mix soon and my mom having cancer with only a few months to live. But, this scenario will never happen again, I will make sure of that.
