I recently brought my SUV in for scheduled service. Very pleased with the way I was treated upon arrival.They started service in my car almost immediately and showed me to the lounge where I could relax while waiting for my car to be services. All in all It was a very pleasant experience. I would highly recommend Infiniti of Stuart.

My Service Manager Danielle is amazing. She always greets me with a smile and reviews expectations for my visit. Her professionalism is above standard and yet she feels like family. She is the reason I will continue to have my car serviced with Ed Morse. The transport coordination to my home is always much appreciated for visits expected longer than a 2-3 hour wait.

Josh Estes was very friendly, courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. He contacted me by telephone and Email several times in preparation of the delivery day. Very patiently, he explained and demonstrated the many innovative features of the automobile, including turning on the On Star system and the WiFi, connecting those features with my cellphone - a complete and successful experience. He invited me to come back, anytime, if I had any further, or need, for continuing explanations, or tips to have a more pleasant driving experience. Ted Soch was equally friendly, courteous, efficient and knowledgeable in handling the financial aspects of the sale. He handled the transfer of my tag to the new car with ease. Signing the slew of necessary paperwork was made easy with his clear explanation of each document. My perfectly sparkling and clean car was handed to me after the Wallace service personnel prepared it for delivery. Kudos to Josh, Ted and Wallace Cadillac. As an 84 year old funeral director/owner of my own funeral home for 65 years, during which time I owned and operated my fleet of Cadillac sedans, limousines and professional vehicles, I was excited and exhilarated driving home my newest comfortable and responsive Cadillac CT6. Boy! It made me feel like a kid driving my first car, again!! - but, this time with fantastic new "Bells and Whistles". I was 14 years old, 70 years ago, when I got my first driver's license and began driving. I am looking forward, God willing, to many more happy miles and years driving my new CT6.
